The UPS Store

I have always had great customer service at this UPS Store.
Today was above and beyond. I emailed an 11x17 newsletter to be printed and Robert got it done early (greatly appreciated) but more important he made sure it was what we wanted. Thank you, Robert! And thanks to the whole team.

I love this UPS Store. The whole staff is extremely friendly, patient and kind. I am not a fan of F.Ex. I prefer UPS. I strongly suggest using their services. With everything coming from Amazon as of late, I have no problems with returns. It is quick and painless. It takes 2-3 minutes. They package and send you on your way knowing everything is taken care of.

Jamie helped me with a very complex corporate shipment, and was extremely kind and patient with my requests(from my company). The Manager was there, and also stopped to speak with me, and was very kind and patient as well. I am from out-of-State, and when you find warmth and kindness on the road, I think you should shout them out!!! GREAT JOB MS. JAMIE!!!! The employees here are very good. Quick, patient and courteous. They also are helpful providing information regarding shipping prices and packaging. I appreciate them very much. I go there quite a bit, and have never seen them act less than professional. Thank you.

Great place to have beautiful, high quality large format printing done with very reasonable pricing. I've had large menus, posters, and foam board mounted images printed here and had a great experience every time. Management has been very flexible with my time frames and needs - I'll be back soon for business and post cards.

I had a return package to mail out yesterday. When I got to the counter the nice lady said that the return label was for the Post Office. She folded the label and placed in a label bag for me and sealed it to the box. That way when I got to the Post Office all I had to do was drop it off. She went above and beyond. She didn't have to help me like that. Now that was Customer Service. I have been dropping off packages here for many years, and they always have been helpful and fast. They have even done a few Notaries for me over the years.

Great place to get your mail. Safe and secure and air conditioned. Very nice people deliver great service. I've been a customer for 19 years! They also are a lot cheaper than the UPS stores near my home, so I use this one for both my personal and business mail.

I come here for Amazon returns and notary services. It is usually busy around lunchtime and around 4-5 pm.

I printed out programs for my high school drama final here. The pricing and quality were excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. James in particular was a pleasure to work with. Strongly recommended for all printing needs.

The sign said they ship grandfather clocks so my brother packed it up and UPS shipped it across the country for us and it arrived in excellent shape!
