Metro by T-Mobile

I would just like to give big big props to your employee at the store on Arnold Dr in Martinez. I have been to three other of your locations in the last 3 days and been on the phone since Friday with your 611 service and no one could help me and I walked in and he did one thing and it fixed my phone he is an amazing employee and I've always had absolutely wonderful results from this store!!!! I want everyone to know if you have a problem with your phone go to the Arnold drive Martinez T-Mobile and they are going to fix it and help you!!! THANK YOU so much to the employee Muhammed you are wonderful and I'm glad that you are employed here and know what you're doing!

Probably one of the best Metro Stores I visited. Came in for a new phone and the staff went above and beyond to help me with everything from choosing the phone to helping me transfer my data to the new one. Customer service is #1 here. Thanks guys

Today I had a very stressful day going from one metro store to another after visiting three different ones with them not being able to help and them being so rude I came here and finally got some great customer service by far the best one I’ve had in a while and I was able to get help with what I needed it was a relief to get the help I needed and being able to leave happy and satisfied I really appreciate the help and kindness I got today I will not go anywhere but here from now on wonderful and the best customer service went above and beyond

I called customer service to turn on my new phone from Best Buy and they switched everything over waving the fee. The next day my phone was off and it showed that I had a balance due of $25 so I went to Metro. The young man working called customer service and got the fee removed and I was back in business.

No other store does great service like this store right here.

Been to other stores to pay my phone bill. Customer service not to good.I was helped with my phone bill. that was way over due. A very nice young woman helped me i believe her name was Elenna very helpful.best service.Be back soon.

Best service experience I've gotten at a metro store.

Went there to get a new sim card for my girlfriend's phone and Staff was really friendly and helpful it took us like 20 yo get everything done and activate the new sim card.

Not sure why there are any reviews with anything below 5 stars because they are really there to help and they took care of me

Got a new phone and they helped me transfer my data :)
