We were given I Phone’s 13’s complimentary,we paid the tax,in addition we had screen protectors put on,and were given 3 comped tracking devices…..The 5 G network is lightning quick!

My Mom and I had gone into the store to get some help transferring all of her info from her old phone to a new one. We were lucky to have Paul help us. He was wonderful to work with! He was very patient and explained in detail what we needed to know.The transfer went well. We were then told that my Mom’s old phone was going to be sent back to to T-Mobile as part of the agreement. Weeks after we were there, I received a few text messages from T-Mobile stating they had not received the old phone. I called the store we originally had dealt with, where Paul worked. There was no way to leave a message, the message machine was full. I did this for a couple of days and finally got a hold of Paul, and told him that I have been trying to get a hold of his manager. He said she would call me, no call. The next day I tried again and I was told she would call before she left for the day. No call back. I called the store and spoke to Paul and he said that she had already left. I told him how upset I was that his manager never called me back. This has been the 3rd time I tried reaching her. He told me he was sorry she never called, and that he could help me resolve the situation. He did just that! After all was resolved, I told him that he should be the Manager.
He takes his time to show that he cares and respects his customers. His manager should be so proud to have a great employee that knows what he’s doing and has exceptional customer service skills! She also should step down as the Manager and give him that role.
Thanks Paul for taking the time and showing you care. Every Company should have an employee just like you!

So, I usually don’t write reviews but I think in this case of this store it does! I come into the store annoyed and angry because I am dealing with a pervious phone company. I was working with one of the employees and he was having a hard time so he decided to get his manager. Daniela (the store manager) came to help and cleared a lot of the frustration I was having. I ended up joining because of her! I love this store and I am happy to say I am a proud customer of t-mobile!

Silvia went above and beyond to help me today. She is AMAZING. BEST customer service EVER.

This was the best experience I've had in a T-mobile store! I already appreciate the customer service generally speaking, but in this case Paul, was very personable and attentive to my requests. He is sharp and a great listener!

We just got new phones and our service from Zae couldn’t have been better. She was very helpful, personable and most of all patient. Most people in this day and age lack that severely and she goes above and beyond to answer any questions you may have. Thank you Zae 🙏

The customer service is amazing here. They always greet with a friendly smile and are so willing to help customers out. Very chill atmosphere as well as great deals. The store is very well maintained as well. You can tell these employees love their job. Would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to go to a T-Mobile branch.

I came in today to have my phone looked at and Dylan came out to help me. He smiled and he worked with my phone till I had it up and running again . very professional kind and knew exactly what he was doing. I rate this experience very positive. It assured me that I could come here with my phone anytime and get a one service. I can't speak highly enough about Dylan. Also another lady came into the store with a problem with her phone. Christian the other employee helped her out and she was thanking him . it was the best customer service from both of these young men. Please let them know they both r great with fixing phones and leaving customer happy as they walk out the door. Thank u Dylan .

Great service from Nate, who explained everything in a straightforward manner. Purchased a couple new phones and ported over a couple of old ones from Sprint in relatively short order. Best experience with a cell provider that I can remember. Very pleased.

Keenan/store manager and Liz/sales associate went above and beyond for my new iPhone purchase. As stated by other Yelpers the staff is friendly, courteous and really want to help their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend their store for anyone interested in getting a new Tmobile phone.

I went in for two mobile upgrades for my line and Lucy and her colleague were absolutely amazing! They both had great customer Service and were super helpful on upgrading our iPhones.

Visited the Martinez T- Mobile store for the first time. Yan- assistant manager spent much time with me to orient me to my new phone that I didn't even purchase there but at another store. Was appreciative of his patience, his teaching me how to access things, and his invitation to come back with questions anytime. Thanks Yan for quality customer service.

Sean & Sandi where awesome. I came in late after work and they helped me out. This is my new home store and just love their customer service. If you need help I would almost just recommend coming here instead of Pleasant Hill.
