Walgreens Pharmacy

They're ALWAYS super busy, so be okay with waiting a few extra minutes. Even though they're busy, they've always been incredibly helpful. They've always gone above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions. The staff is overworked and underpaid, but they still do great work.

Not the Walgreens we usually use but I was passing through.
They were very friendly and got my prescription filled in under 20 minutes .

Went to find something and this is where I got it.

This place doesn't seem to support any workflow for allowing customers to pick up a prescription in a single, short visit. Despite calling ahead and using the online portal I've never experienced my prescription being ready when I arrived.

Otherwise: the store is clean, the staff is patient and friendly (but perhaps overworked), and I've never had any problem except having to visit the store twice or wait 30 minutes instore each time I need to fill my prescription.

Scheduled an immunization at this location online only to arrive to find the pharmacy team gone for lunch. Had to wait for them to get back. Their website completely bungled the scheduling because it was not aware of their regular lunchtime, a degree of miscommunication between the corporation and its local stores that would be laughable if it weren't so frustrating. If this is representative of their overall level of competence, I would find a different pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy experience, out of stock of medication, was told it'd be available next day, it wasn't. Becky was extremely rude and condescending that I even came to pick up without a confirmation text/email when this wasn't my preferred pharmacy. Drive through lane insanely slow

This is, by far, the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever used. One staff person who is extremely rude, out-of-stock for medications, and lack of timely mixing of compound medications. I would avoid this pharmacy if you can.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. This is ongoing. They run out of meds take forever to fill prescriptions even after you call in days in advance.

Very rude in the pharmacy drive through.

Was put on hold three times without being greeted, then hung up on. Wow.
