The UPS Store

They’re quick and have always been friendly! This morning I got to the store five minutes to open, four people already waiting out front. I ended up being the tenth person in line. Doors opened promptly at 9:30. I was in and out of the store by 9:33 am!

Also morale of the story for Saturday: arrive at 9:15 and there’s probably no line! 😂

My recent first visit to this location was pleasant and stress free, (unlike the UPS Store in Coldwater MI). The lady was very helpful and friendly, and provided excellent service. I was starting to dread having to go ship something or send off an Amazon return through UPS due to using that other location where all you get is rudeness from the condescending guy who is usually there.. This UPS Store in Fort Wayne is now the one I will be using in the future. Thank you for valuing your customers!

The service is fast and efficient! The representatives are kind and helpful. Even when the line is out the door, and the reps are incredibly busy, the line moves quickly. Time and efficiency are so important!

The staff went above and beyond to help me get a refund from Amazon. Jordan, Max, and Austin were so helpful. I was able to get a return label for my item.

It is a great store! Unfortunately, with all the Amazon returns, I do not go there much anymore. The line is always out the door. It sucks for those of us who just want to ship something and get back to work.

Service is quick! The people who work there are always helpful, cheerful, and continue a positive attitude even when the line gets long.

This location has always been very kind and helpful evey time I have gone in even when the line has been out through the door because they were so busy.

I have never had a problem getting an order shipped or receiving a shipment when using UPS

A busy place for sure but line always seems to move fast. They also have now added a self kiosk for Amazon returns, which speeds things up even more!!

This store is often very busy but the folks behind the counter really hustle and are always pleasant.
