Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Appreciate the Glebe Rd store because they carry empty paint cans in quart and gallon sizes and their customer service representatives are very friendly and helpful!

Great service by Jose ! Friendly and professional service every time. It’s very busy in the early morning so I try to visit later in the day.

The manager @ the Glebe Road Store is very good. Even when busy, the service is great. If fact, I drive from DC to Arlington to buy paint at this store. Been a customer for over 6 years

Marlo was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I did not know much about paints going into the store. He was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions. Marlo provided excellent customer service. I did not have to wait very long to get the paints I needed.

A++++! I just left the store and going in there I was nervous bc I had no clue if I was going to be over sold or that they would laugh at me bc I know next to nothing about paint. But nope- Danielle was incredibly nice and helpful!! And the manager (did not get name- but black male in a black polo)- was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! A+++! Great service. I had a wonderful experience at this store a few months back and I never got around to writing the review but I still think about it to this day. Mr. Jorge Santana assisted me in finding the color I was looking for (I brought a cut out from a magazine with the exact color/name I wanted). After comparing the magazine color to the actual paint color once it was mixed, it didn't look quite right but I still went with it because I was certain it was the right color. He was so patient during the process and even walked me through other colors that were similar. I truly appreciate kind customer service like this and know most people do not get to hear when they are appreciated so I wanted to share this! Thank you again, I will be back!

Just want to say how great Mario was. I came in on a Sunday and it was a bit short staffed with just him working, and he still went above and beyond for all those who came into the store. SW didn’t have the paint type I was looking for but he worked with me to find another that would get the job done. Y’all have a good one!

Friendly staff with a great selection of regular paints. They even had a few gallons of a non-standard industrial zinc coating that I needed on short notice. Definitely not Home Depot!

I've been to a lot of Sherwin-Williams, and this one's the best.
I got there at 6:59. Krystal was closing the register, but insisted on taking my order anyway. She was really helpful and nice, especially given she was staying late. If that isn't the best service, I don't know what is. Thanks, Krystal!
