AT&T Store

Purchased a phone today and Kyle was great! He helped me tremendously, walked me through everything, taught me some new things and had me out the door with my phone all set up in no time at all. Highly recommend!

The 2 gentlemen in there are dang near exquisite! They're always on their a-game ready to help at a moments notice. Indubitably!

The service here is friendly and helpful. They are savvy with mobile networking and offer strong connections. I have raced Spectrum using AT&T on a mobile hot spot and smoked Spectrum's hard-wired transfer speeds. Spectrum is a bunch of thieves taking money and only giving you not even half the connection speeds advertised.

Kyle consistently provides great customer service.

Worked with Kyle, he was very professional and polite. He helped me resolve my issue in a timely manner. Even when we were on hold with AT&T on the phone he was very apologetic (even though it wasn't his fault we were on hold for so long) I would recommend other to work with him when dealing with in sore issues.

After 75 minutes on phone with incompetent ATT "HELP", hung up and decided to go into store...figured I was in for an hour of looking at the wall while I waited for everything to be taken care of (Hopefully leaving with active phone)...Jacob had me out the door in under 4 minutes and educated me as well!!! Cannot say enough about his knowledge and customer service!! Thank you sir!

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at the AT&T location in Alpena. Specifically, Kyle is incredibly knowledgeable and patient with customers of every demographic. I have not only had excellent customer service personally from Kyle, but have also observed him first hand with other customers and he is consistently kind, knowledgeable with all products and services, and goes above and beyond expectations in every interaction. Made the switch from T mobile to at&t. I worked with rep Taylor and she made my experience with in store support flawless!

The rep is fantastic, however att has limited the in store reps abilities to assist customers. Our problem could not be resolved. I was forced to call an 800 number, wait 15 minutes to talk to someone, and then when I asked how to lower my bill, they tried to get me to increase my bill! When asked why they keep taking items that used to be included away and start charging extra, example mobile hot spot, the over the phone rep got pretty angry that I would dare to ask such a question. Very displeased with att as a whole. We've been with att for over 10 years, and will be changing to verizon as their costs are $100 less PER MONTH!!!

I went into the Alpena AT&T store to look at phones. I ended up purchasing a Samsung Galaxy. The salesperson was extremely helpful and answered my questions. He also transferred all the stuff from old phone to new one. I'm 74 and didn't want to deal with it. The salesperson is Jacob, if you're in need of a new phone.

The customer service was excellent, the young lady that helped me couldn't have been more patient and insightful. Strongly recommend this place 🙂
