I found the Best Buy on Dimond Blvd to be very competitive and provide pretty good customer service.

Great staff very friendly and knowledgable. I love the selection of products and brands. The prices are slightly higher but the quality is too.

There's a customer service desk as soon as you enter the store at this location. The man there was very courteous and helpful. I requested someone to help me in the Camera Department. A young man by the name of Sam Lee came to my rescue. I needed a memory card for my phone and also inquired about other important things regarding it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and stayed with me every step of the way, explaining what he could to help me. Best Buy Store is so lucky to have
Sam Lee as their employee. He represents them well.

If you're looking for a local technology store with just about everything then you'll find it here at Best Buy. Best Buy has plenty of items in stock, if you find the price online they'll price match, and if there is an issue with your item you can return it to the store within a couple weeks with few questions asked. I personally enjoy shopping at Best Buy because I can handle the item here to see if I really like it. Because of the price matching I don't waste time buying online. There is a plenty of parking and there is a public restroom available.

I have shopped here for years and spent thousands....every year I retained Bestbuy's Elite Plus status.....which they got rid of along with rewards unless you use your Bestbuy credit card😔
This place has had some awesome employees come and go that made shopping here a personable experience. Recently I have had questionable experiences with some of the staff on the sales floor :(
The tone of the sales floor has really changed. There are still a handful of good people at this store.
Because of my experiences with the customer service counter providing exceptional customer service...I have to give this store a five star rating😅

Nice and helpful employees. Went to audition some speakers and they let me do multiple A/B comparisons and helped with some of their music too. Very good experience.

Love that they price match and always have anything I need in stock — Gimble, Kindle Cases, etc… The employees that helped me were super helpful and nice as well!

Pretty much I was here for Canon Lens particularly the Canon EF-S 24mm f/2.8, and it's so popular its out of stock. But got myself a Sandisk MicroSd card 128GB priced fairly.

But they did have a Samsung S23 Ultra which came with a $200 best buy gift card. And used it to buy a Go Pro 10. I know, the go pro is priced at $250.

No SALES TAX.

I had a defective joy con for my Nintendo switch and needed it replaced. The customer service at this location was wonderful and multiple employees helped me out wonderfully. They were polite and allowed me to take my time and transfer my game saves to the new console before leaving the store so that I didn’t lose all of my progress. Sean, Kijana, and Oliver especially were great.

Tried the rowing machine, pretty dope. It was a great experience the whole lay out of the store, I didn't walk it though, but the guy and lady who helped me. They got my online order that read unable to be filled but they found the item (compared it w the inhouse inventory) didn't have to wait.

Great prices, nice employees, cool to look at all the new gadgets that are in person instead of trying to visualize it off of amazon! Great store

Went into look at TVs that were on sale for Father’s Day. Cyrus came right up to us and helped us immediately. We found exactly what we were needed and were in and out in 15 minutes. Great job.!

My favorite place to purchase electronics. With their app, they made things so much easier: shop on line pick up the same day. Despite black Friday challenges, they managed to get my orders correct and ready. I recommend Best Buy to everyone.

I had a stereo and alarm system installed and they did an excellent job. I wanted some modifications done to the alarm and it was all taken care of perfectly.
