I just met Sean here at the dimond GNC, he was so nice. When I first walked in he was talking with a customer and they were laughing and having a good conversation he is so nice and funny and above all professional. He definitely knows the store, the products, and his customer service. Ty Sean!!

Sometimes the staff is friendly, sometime they are knowledgeable. Today I got both at a whole other level. First, He was there to help. No need to get his attention. He was right there and ready to assist. I named a product, he knew right were it was. I named an issue I wanted to address, he took me to exactly the right product; not only knowing the product, but the key ingredients in the product. He listened and responded to my needs and wants, not what cost the most or had the flashiest label.
