Those guys were awesome! Nick literally worked with me from start to finish. He explained everything to me so I could understand and even helped me get financing for another phone for my daughter. This will be the only place I came for repairs ! Thanks Nick you were great!

I walked in with a very messed up screen. Literally an U/S LCD SCREEN. Very nice and clean place with an amazing staff. Great customer service, and very efficient. I walked in expecting it to take 45-60 minutes but only took 25! Very quick and easy from start to finish. Drop off phone and come back in 30 for pick up and payment. I definitely recommend.

Erica was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great recommendations for my new device. She was very conscious of my time for the repair work, with lens replacement in two hours. Great overall customer service!

Walked in late afternoon with my son's broken MacBook and had what looked like a brand new computer by noon the next day. It was an older model so the part wasn't in stock, but they got it easily and quickly from another location. Everyone I dealt with was very personable, which always makes for a more pleasant experience in general. This place checked all the boxes- it was sparkling clean, smelled delicious, service was quick and efficient, and employees were knowledgeable and friendly. I have used another local place previously and this was a MUCH better experience overall. So much so that I'm taking my other son's iPad in tomorrow for repair. The way things get broken around my house I'm sure I'll continue to use their services on a (hopefully not too) regular basis 😂💖

Nick showed zero delay, 100% focus and got down to business helping me with my time-sensitive phone issue when my screen broke. Was able to help me navigate a data transfer to my new phone with the major obstacle of two-factor authentication still going through to my old device on a broken screen. Nick is definitely someone who can get you back on track in minimal time.

All the folks at Fruit Fixed are super helpful! Erica is especially knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Danny took extra time to help my 84 yr old mother understand how to work her new iphone. Thank you guys for the assistance and great customer service!

This was my first time dealing with Fruit Fixed but it definitely won’t be my last. I was having trouble with the microphone picking up my voice when talking on the phone and FaceTime (IPhone 14). Robbie was able to diagnose the problem, had the needed parts in stock, and fixed everything in a couple hours.

Robbie is an excellent tech and very professional and knows his job better than I’ve seen and will definitely be referring to him

I went to Fruit Fixed with hopes of getting my damaged phone screen repaired after not getting anywhere with my carrier. Britain was the tech that waited on me. He was very kind and knowledgeable . In the end because my phone was so old and found it had other issues, and would cost me more to repair it, I decided that maybe it was time for me to upgrade, after all it was an iPhone 7! So I chose not to have it fixed and will research newer phone deals and carriers. Britain was very knowledgeable about the services provided there and let me know also that they sell phones there as well and that is an option.
Britain was very professional and I appreciated his input and the fact that he tried to help. He also made me aware that that they work on computers and other technology items. So I definitely will go back there with my computers, etc.
Even though Britain was not able to get my smashed phone repaired for me, I had a great customer experience and learned from him. I am very appreciative of the service he provided to me and it is because of his great knowledge and customer service that I will return again.

This place is definitely somewhere you need to go! The guys in there were very nice and definitely made this a quick easy process and the phone I have is so nice! Definitely worth getting! Highly recommend going to Fruit Fix! Trust me if I didn’t like it, I would have definitely said otherwise.

I came in because my laptop was having a weird issue every now and again and three other shops charged me a diagnostic fee without solving my problem. Fruit Fixed was able to figure out what my issue was and repair it within two days and they didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee.

The repair cost was very reasonable, around $100 and the staff was friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. Over the two days it took to repair my computer, i spoke with two different technicians and they were able to look up notes so i didn't have to explain anything a second time. They even had a new charger in stock to replace my old beat up one. It's a brand new genuine Apple charger and it was cheaper than anyone else is selling them for.

They let me know they work on video game consoles too, so I'll definitely be coming back here for my son's PlayStation and anything else we manage to break. I'm so happy i found this place.

The guys there were great! Went in pretty late with mouse issues for my laptop and the very next day by early afternoon it was ready to be picked up. Quick and affordable! Highly recommend you go to them!

My son got "password happy" on his new computer we got him as a gift. Long story short, he opened the box, set a password, and forgot the password all in 5 hours. Lol. Hard resets wouldn't fix it 😵‍💫 Fruit Fixed unlocked it FAST and saved the day- a us $600 🥳

My two year olds iPad screen got shattered and I was about to throw it away since Apple Store wouldn’t fix or replace it and I decided to take it to fruit fixed yesterday and just picked it up today and it looks brand new. Thanks again 😊
