AT&T Store

Immediately upon entering the store his customer had just left his care and he approached me before I had taken three steps to ask if he could help. Logan was very thorough and helpful in solving my problem with my phone, thank you very much AT&T for having such proactive customer service on site. Also at both other times/ locations did I receive excellent customer service!

My old 12pro phone started taking a dump so I had to upgrade to the new 15pro, Steven helped me out, he was extremely nice and got me back on track with what is essentially a life line for my job! He even helped me pick out a new case that was perfect for me and a new screen protector (as a mom this is a must!) it was a seamless transition as my phone was already backed up (I knew it was important to do before switching over to a new phone so we didn’t have to sit and wait for it when getting the new phone set up) I’m back in business and loving my new phone! Thanks again Steven!

We worked directly with Steven and Derek. Both took great care of us and process was simple and quick. Got two new phones and iPads. Highly recommend this location and if you want brownie points, bring cookies (or any sweets) to Steven. Great job guys!

The second I walked in the door I was greeted by a rep. Brian was very kind and gave me all the options to switching my service. I came from T-Mobile and was desperately looking for a new service. Brian had me in and out within an hour and a half (iPhones take time to process/switch). My entire process was smooth. I am happy (so far) with my AT&T service.

After having some rough experiences with other phone providers, switching to a new provider was scary. Steven made the process so smooth and I was even able to upgrade my phone! Thank you Steven for setting me up with success and my new phone.

Brian greeted me right away when I walked in. He took care of all my account needs in way less time than I thought it would take. The whole process of switching from Verizon was incredibly smooth. Brian knew the answer to every question I had. He was also amazing with my crazy daughter. Very thankful!!!

Updated review: If you go into this store, please ask for Chris! You will not regret it. Chris is patient and very nice. I’ve never seen someone put on a screen protector as perfect as him. I mean, it is perfect! Brian is also very nice. This is a solid store in my opinion, I will return.
Today I went in and Logan put on a screen protector for me. 10/10 service. I am not easily impressed but Logan truly did an amazing job with the iPad I brought in. Great job Logan!

I've been here twice in the last 2 weeks. Different reasons and 2 different employees. Brian and Logan. Both were quick to respond. Very professional and patient.

The service was great the staff were very professional. My issue has improved tremendously!!! I recommend everyone to go there if they really have a serious issue that can’t wait for an appointment with their physician.

I had to go into this store 3 times in one day because of my own disheveled ass… all the employees were really great! The lady with the skull tattoo ultimately helped me get my new phone set up with everything I needed. Fast and easy process. :)

It was great the job was great they were so professional and courtesy respectful and quick in my problem was solved they saved the contract first problem we had and they just was right on it and now I can update everything I just bring it into the store

Katherine was very knowledgeable of AT&T services & phones. She took the time to understand our needs & even made a couple of good suggestions. She was very professional and we appreciate her assistance.

10/10 would recommend, if you go ask for Fadi. He was amazing!! He was knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process of upgrading a breeze for me!!! I am very pleased with the customer service I received and I love my new phone!

I went there waited for my man Chris. He really helped me every time I go, I only talk to him. He helped me with the upgrade process. If anyone need a raise it is him.

The best location! — I’ve been to this location a handful of times recently, and it’s worth nothing that EVERY time, I’ve been served with exceptional customer service! It’s nice seeing the same familiar faces each time I go, and each of the representatives and managers on duty are very patient, helpful, and friendly. Helen has been particularly supportive as we switched plans, and figured out all of our new devices. 10/10 recommend this location for all of your customer service needs.

Both Fadi & Johav (Not sure I got that name 100% correct I knew I should've wrote it down) both provided excellent and personable customer service. Kind, patient, and overall great attitude and eagerness to help with everything I needed.

I don't think there is nothing that needs to be changed. Very friendly and welcomed all customers with a warm greeting.. Brian definitely came through, explained everything that I asked for. He answered all the questions I had for him regarding payment plans and adding my parents to the line, got me set up with a outstanding plan and it's way cheaper than Verizon!! Brian, at the Colonial Heights, Va location, was amazing to work with. He was very professional and had great customer service. Personally he is an example of an outstanding employee! He was able to get me started with a new plan and was able to answer any question I had! My family and I look forward to many years of business with AT&T. Thank you again Brian!
