Vape stop

I did have an issue with an item I purchased here. When I went to discuss the issue Keila went above and beyond in ensuring the issue was resolved. Because of Keilas professionalism and superior customer service skills, I know I will have no issue continuing to shop here. Also, this vape store has the best variety of items out of the other few in short pump even though it may seem smaller. I’ll be coming back!

Very good selection

This location used to be good but recently they have declined extremely. I went by yesterday and the store was closed midday. A girl walked out and said she was the only one working and had to leave for ten min. Customer Service was a 0. I would definitely recommend checking out a different vape store and not waste your time.

The truth is that they do bad business here. They up-charge you to see if you notice. Happened to me twice now. They played it off as “a mistake” and said “thanks for catching that!”. Bad business. Edit: Ivy is cool. Girl with tattoo on face is the one who scams. Tried to tell me a pack of 3 Novo pods was 20$ but that they’re Individually 5 each. Lmao. Tattoo face girl really thought she did something, to the point of not realizing what it looks like to a non-brain dead customer when you try to scam them by charging MORE when a customer buys more/in bulk and expect them to go Oh Ok lol (they’re 5 a piece but 20 for a pack of 3 yeah that makes sense) This happened a third time btw. Had Ivy ring me up the fourth time (only place that has my pods) and she confirmed it was indeed 15 for the pack and not 20.

They clearly don't open at 9AM. Stopped by and waited for about 15-20 mins before someone opened the store. And the prices were higher than most of the other shops I've visited. Edit: stopped by after six months and still overpriced compared to almost anywhere I have visited in Richmond. Just go somewhere else.

Well had the exact experience their only other review had. Desperate to get my nicotine I showed up like 30-45 minutes before close. Stood outside an open sign for 10 minutes before I rushed to the next vape store. Like seriously just turn the sign off.

They say their open at 9am and no one is here. Looking at the reviews, it seems they have a staffing problem.
