Edit: thanks for the response and for explaining the fig scent! I’m happy to adjust my review to five stars as I’m now reassured that the shop is truly vegan :)

Everything in here smells so yummy and looks so pretty! Things are a little pricy, BUT they’re all homemade and quite beautiful. Perhaps I will try them out if they have a promotion/sale!

I am rating it 4 stars, however, due to concerns regarding the legitimacy of its “vegan” standing.. one of the first items that caught my eye was the fig soap. Figs are not vegan as a wasp must enter the fig and die to pollinate it. I did notify the shop clerk and she was quite taken aback and did not know how to respond. Hopefully the fig soap will be pulled so that this shop truly will be 100% vegan.

This was my first visit to Glitz. The store is beautifully decorated and the staff were very friendly and helpful while we shopped for gifts for our families. I got a few things for myself as well that I can’t wait to try.

I love my shampoo bar! The Glitz store in Carlisle is beautiful and I am already making lists for relatives that are hard to gift!

This store has bar soap, bar shampoo and conditioner, bar deodorant, and bar dish soap among other things. It's a lovely store overall.

I discovered this cute little shop while on a walk. I normally visit the area twice a year and hadn’t seen this store before. Everything inside smells so yummy and feels amazing on your skin. I purchased quite a few things for myself and as gifts.

So happy to see Glitz Soap Co opening their second location! I love that everything is natural, vegan and actually handmade right here or at the Mechanicsburg location. All of the scents are just amazing as well. Definitely something for everyone!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I’ve tried numerous products and some were recommendations by the staff. I made the switch from Dr. Squatch to Glitz and so far I’m pleased with everything I’ve used.

I absolutely love this store! The staff is so friendly and helpful! I will be going back there many times!
