AT&T Store

Kason was an amazing sales associate! Extremely knowledgeable and if he needed to clarify something before he told us, he checked the details and got back to us quick. Great service, great explanations for the entire process, and quick. I left feeling great about my 2 phones and watch. Confident that our bill wasn’t going to scare us and that we would be charged for things that we didn’t okay to. Thank you, Kason, for a great experience at an AT&T store.

Solomon and Jade were very helpful when I came in not once but twice to purchase a new line for my son and upgrade my husbands phone. Very nice and personable. Definitely recommend these two awesome humans.

My daughter and I went to trade in our phones last night and the service was great! The lady helping us was brand new (straight out of training) and you would have never guessed. She answered all of our questions and did a great job taking care of us. They were all very friendly!

We spent some time with Bob at the Wentzville store. He was so patient (since we are older) and knowledgeable. We bought a phone and also got a great home protection plan. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Walked in for 1 iphone 15, walked out with 2 plus accessories. Suriyo is a very good salesman and even better at customer service. Manager (?) interrupting twice was annoying though.

Kat was extremely friendly very much a people person. She was very attentive to our needs and promptly got us what we wanted. She definitely knows what shes doing and has a great sense of humor. Also very patient with kids. Was NOT pushy on upselling or selling more products like most salespeople to which I am grateful. I definitely recommend her if you need assistance.

This place is GREAT! Marcus Helped out above and beyond and was able to get me and my partner brand new iPhones for the best price on the market. Also threw in a perk for the time we spent there !

Excellent customer service! I definetly recommend. Solomon, the At&t rep who helped me provided superb service. He was patient and very polite with me throughout the process of me purchasing a new Samsung phone and watch. Solomon made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions I had about the phones and watches. He even helped me to find ways to save and he ensured I got the best offer At&t had as far as any promotions they had going on. I will definetly return to this store for their services.

Team was awesome! Blonde manager checked in with us and made sure everything was getting done. I’m terrible with names but everyone was helpful! Will be back when it’s time to get new phones.

Came in to buy an iPhone 11 outright. Dom told me about a deal where I could get it on promotion for nearly $100 off! I'm tech illiterate and he helped me through the whole data transfer process. They made it look easy.

Customer service was excellent. Dealing with phone carriers can be stressful but this team was on top of it and took care of everything I needed. The people at this location were quick and friendly even with it being a bit busy.

Outstanding service. The staff went out of their way to find a creative solution to an extraordinary problem created by a 3rd party retailer, a big tech company cell carrier, and a teenager that forgot his password causing a number port to fail halfway through. The staff found a resolution when the store couldn't, the previous carrier couldn't, another ATT store couldn't, or didn't care to spend enough time to find a resolution. The staff even stayed after hours to complete the transaction. I was so grateful for the extra effort and the end to the saga, that I ordered pizza for the staff the next day. I will come back to THIS store, no other.

Kat was an absolute joy. She helped my wife and I set our phones up. Not many times you walk out after the whole process with a smile, but after working with Kat were laughing and smiling the whole time. Love when a process is made simple with great customer service!
