Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

I currently wear hearing aids, so I have a good idea of what to expect and what to look for in terms of exam, professionalism, and other features. The receptionist was gracious and called me by name as I entered the door even though I had never been there before. I filled out the medical history and after returning it, in about five minutes I was in the exam room with Mr. Romeo. He was very professional with the testing and explanation of my hearing test result and his suggestion for hearing aids that he thought would help me. I didn't buy hearing aids at this time, but was still treated respectfully. I had a good experience today and suggest you will have a good experience, too, at the Niles, OH office.
