I just purchased a truck here on Thursday. I’m very happy with my new ride but I cannot say enough great things about our salesman Andy!! Andy was not only the best salesmen ever but he was truly a great person overall, I wouldn’t go anywhere else or to anyone else for my next purchase. Also rich was awesome and very personable as well, he really went into detail with everything and made it very easy to understand. Thank you guys for everything!!! P.s I think I’ll be going back just to grab a beer with my main man Andy!!!!

I would like to thank Rick K. And Carol Ferry for going out of their way to help me get a vehicle after my Camaro was totaled. Especially Rick because I had a vehicle picked out and paid for and then something went away with the car I had my heart set on. I was so upset. I was already going through a lot with the accident and was in the middle of a relocation and everything was just a mess. He went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that. I didn't trust car dealerships to begin with due to past experiences or salesman. Rick really looked out for my best interests and what I needed in a vehicle due to my job and my situation. Between Rick, Carol, and the manager that did my final paperwork (I do not recall his name but he has an awesome story about how he ended up working for Spitzer) these three gave me hope that there are honest dealerships still around that care about their customers. I would definitely go back. I would go out of my way just to buy a vehicle from them now that I know that they are legit. I am seriously so thankful and blessed. God will bless them for helping me.

Recently bought the new 2024 Chevy Trax at Spitzer. Not only do I love the car, the service there was fantastic. Robert Berben sold us the vehicle, and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Will definably be seeking him out again when it comes time for a new vehicle, and I would suggest anyone else to do so.

I came because another chain dealership treated me poorly and decided to choose a more local option on my way to/from work. The folks there are very nice and did a great job in servicing my vehicle for a good price.

I was looking for bolt euv. I looking around 3 dealer shops non of them in stocks and if I ordering I waiting couple months. But this is dealer shop found out delivered 2weeks. I was happy.. and excited thank you robert..

Purchased a pre-owned, late-model, low mileage Volkswagen from Spitzer Lordstown just recently. I made this purchase online and dealt almost entirely via web, emails and phone calls.

The car was accurately described. It was clean, had a full tank of gas and was ready to go when I arrived. The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and very respectful. And most importantly to me, the paperwork took less than 10 minutes to complete. I hate paperwork.

Lastly, I drove from Virginia to Ohio to get this car. The staff at Spitzer made this such a pleasant experience that I'd gladly do it again when the need for another car arises.
