GameStop at the Mall and Jefferson location were so kind and helpful! Ben really was helpful in every way he could be, patient with me and funny. Morgan sealed deal at Jefferson and everything was squared away!

Went to switch out my PS4 and worked with Clint. Dude was awesome very friendly and easy to talk to. Made sure I was set and tested everything for me before I left.

Well deserved 5 star rating not only for your tremendous service but for your longevity in the community where digital is taking over but true gamers like myself and others remain supportive of places like GameStop that provide a feel of security over the product you are purchasing. So I know the future is here but game stop started part of the future and deserve to still be here so thanks again. Ps much luck.

I wish there was a way to give Clint a 5 star review, per my 11yr old nephew. Sid has been wanting this game and every store we went to was a fail! Until Jefferson Pointe game stop...Clint came to the rescue and was able to complete our quest! Thank you for being amazing Clint and making his day! You were truly amazing and made him so happy.. We need more people like Clint in this world!

My experience was wonderful. The staff member, Ben, was very knowledgeable in video games and accessories. He was welcoming and very helpful in my search. The store is well kept and products easy to find. Very happy with my experience, and a big thanks to Ben for his awesome service.

We literally are living in a time, when Customer Service has just flown by the wayside…Where if individuals actually show up for work, they could simply care less about anything else other than a paycheck. I quit coming in to GameStop three years ago, after I had a negative experience back to back (all in the same exact day!) at 3 different locations; as the service that I had received was horrendous!!

Today, I decided to give them another chance, at the Apple Glen location. From the moment that I walked into the door, to the moment that I left, the Customer Service that I received LITERALLY Blew Me Out Of The Water!!! It could not have been any better, had the Associate had of tried. He was dealing with myself and several other customers, and with each of us, he made us feel as if we were family! I honestly cannot remember the last time that I have received such amazing service…..Anywhere! I left feeling elated, grateful, blessed, etc. I needed this experience, especially after having endured the past several weeks as I have been healing from some serious back surgery.

Kudos to GameStop for having given me such an amazing experience!! You guys definitely need to employ, about 30 more individuals such as the gentleman who you currently have employed at this particular location, as he is hands down the embodiment of what Customer Service truly is about! Thank you for showing me that there is still quality service all around us, and for allowing me to feel like a part of your family!

Christopher was more than helpful with all of my questions. He was friendly and very professional. This store is by far the cleanest and well stocked in the city.

I went into GameStop with a Cube disc stuck in my PlayStation 4 slim. 2 very nice salespeople (one being the manager) tried to fix it for me. They both worked at least a half hour on it. We still didn’t get it out but they definitely gave it their best shot. I would highly recommend them. Jefferson Pointe

Thank you to Clark at the store who provided the best customer service I have received in a long time, helping me figure out what happened to my refund to a gift card. I appreciate the willingness to go the extra mile for me. I'm not kidding at all when I write that you and the team there have changed my mind about Gamestop, and I'll be glad to do business there instead of just buying from a big name website. Thank you.

I absolutely LOVE this location. The staff is great, friendly, and super helpful. They always make sure to answer any questions you may have and if they don't have what you're looking for, they will help you find it at one of their other stores.

The store is always clean and they do a good job of keeping things organized.

Love Oley's! Saturday early evening 5:30, 40 minute wait, but oh so worth it! Olivia took very good care of us. Attentive, always wore a smile, and friendly. Great food, great service!

The staff was SO helpful even when I came in 15 minutes before closing. Found everything I wanted for a great price. Will definitely come back to this store for any more games I need.

Always helpful, and courteous. Either picking up held merchandise, or in-store shopping. The staff seems to rotate between Lima Rd. and this location. It helps when you doing business with a familiar face.

One of the larger Gamestop locations around. Which is nice if you have been to Lima Rd./Stellhorn/Warsaw. Just a more comfortable space to shop longer.

I have had great experiences here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also treated my 10 year old son exceptionally well whereas other store employees might get annoyed at all of the Pokémon chatter.

I went in looking for certain items for my son's birthday and the young man, who assisted me, was very helpful. Ended up buying a couple of items that my son loved. Will definitely give them more of my business.

Best gamestop employees youll find around. Legends arceus launch couldnt have been cooler, and that night will forever be remembered. Guys in there deserve a raise. All very professional but also have fun and make it enjoyable.

As expected the day after Christmas the store was busy. The staff at the store like always polite and speedy. They took time to answer questions and make sure people understood what was being said. Overall another good visit to Game Stop.

I tried calling all three Game Stops in town to inquire whether they had any gaming chairs in stock. The Jefferson Pointe location was the only store who answered their phone.

When I arrived to purchase the chair, I inquired about pulling my car around and the associate named Zach said he was about to clock out and he'd just carry it to my car for me.

Such an awesome guy! This store has my business from now on even though it's a further drive for me.
