I share the same compliments of all the other 5-star reviews! David is extremely personable, professional and takes his business very seriously. He is always in the store and makes sure everything goes smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate giving him anything to ship, including priceless museum pieces. I will always use his service over local UPS stores for valuable items.

Friendly guy was working. I dropped my FedEx package off and was in and out quickly. They are in the corner of the lot. You cannot return items with a QR code.

This particular PakMail has always had employees who have been very courteous and accommodating to me with my requests. I have also been able to drop off some shipping material for re-use at this location. The management genuinely cares about sustainable packaging and shipping while not skimping on great service.
