Just came here today to buy a series s and I'm glad I did. The guy was friendly, informative and personable. If I ever need to buy hardware again, I'm coming here because of my experience.

This is my go to place for video games and accessories mostly because the staff is always attentive to my needs. I'm never disappointed with their selection of games. If they don't have something available, they will have it sent from another store to your home or to their store. Furthermore, I feel valued and appreciated as a customer!

though some people say their trade offers are awful & unfair, i'd have to disagree. if i have a few old games im turning in, they give me an understandable and reasonable amount for my game. Games are easy to find and reasonably priced. The workers are always kind and help a lot with finding the games you want.

i know most of the employees instead of the new ones. since the one in the Monroeville mall closed this is my go to shop for games. one employee after i was trying to sell my pre owned games suggested i go for store credit because they sell oculus's online which is what i wanted and just was really helpful

The cashier was nice & helpful. I dont know to much about ps4 games. She also offered a warranty on the 4 games I purchased. Now that's Good customer service. I will be back to shop there again.

I always like hanging out at Gamestop. I was given a recommendation while there and so picked up my new game. I will be trying it tonight.

Awsome games! I had to get a dougle for my skylander portal so I came here and they had the portal with the dougle!! So they said that we could just give them the old portal and they would give us the same one with the dougle! For FREE!! I 💗 Game Stop!! 💗🎮✋
