The Sumiton location was horrible and had no clue about what was happening with my order and the Jasper location was very knowledgeable

The Cricket representative who helped me on 11/09/2022 in the Jasper location went above and beyond the normal to be helpful and help me get my ACB transferred to Cricket. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend Cricket if you're looking for a new phone carrier.

Last month, when I went in to pay our bill, a lady ask me if I qualified for any assistance. She showed me the programs, I told her I was on disability. She told me on next bill to bring proof in. Me and my husband went to pay our bill around 530 this evening, and I had my proof with me. There was a young girl and young boy working. Neither of them knew what I was talking about. Finally
they handed me a tablet to sign up. It kept asking for more info. We ask her
multiple times what it was asking for. She said to come back one day when someone else was there!! An elderly gentleman came in, needing a charger for his car. He paid for it, went back to his car. Came back in store. Wrong type
and size charger. The boy did not have a clue what to do, so he told him to keep it. Did not do sn exchange. So that new charger will not be on inventory
He went to the backroom and laughed at the elderly gentleman. Because of his confusion. So I told girl to forget it, I would pay the bill...she told me to come back when someone knew more than her. One hour wasted and still had to pay for my account!!

Just moved to the area a few weeks ago and I knew my old phone service wouldn't cut it. Switched to Cricket wireless and thanks to Jasmine explaining to me the steps to take to get what I needed to keep my old number on the new service helped a bunch. Jasmine and Kindall we're great, and my wife and I are set to move forward.

I am very pleased with my service at Cricket Wireless. The employees are always so nice and helpful. The prices are the cheapest for a family. I have been with Cricket since January, 2019. I have no complaints, They will keep you updated about your account. I am very happy to be a customer with Cricket ☺

We love going to the one in Jasper but the manager was being a butt toward the girls yesterday telling about what they were wearing and I didn't see nothing wrong with it but every time we go the girls are really nice to us but it's not right for the man to be out there pulling on the other little girl named Jasmine

I have been a cricket wireless customer for nearly a month now.i find the staff super friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. The cellular service works everywhere I have been so far and the staff in Jasper is unbeatable. I highly recommend cricket wireless.

Looking for a different phone company, they could not help, as they are part of ATT. End of story nuff said...

Quick service friendly knowledgeable of there products my mom's phone tore up within 15 minutes new phone up and running with a smile parking is a little rough but that's the worse thing I can say about it

I use cricket wireless. Even got my friend in Alabama to change services because his provider sucked...he couldnt get reception in his own house, but I could...so he switched and now gets good reception.
