Sleep Inn & Suites Jasper I-22

We booked this hotel based upon the reviews and had a wonderful stay. Our king room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and we liked the walk in shower. All the staff we had contact with were very nice and respectful. Breakfast was sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffle, oatmeal, grits, cold cereals, bread, bagels and mini muffins and apples. Would stay here anytime we are in this area. So happy we decided to stay here rather than in Birmingham.

We had a king, pet friendly room. It was exceptionally clean and the hotel looks new. It was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast buffet. It was good. This hotel is right off the interstate. Easy to get to and and located close to a Loves.

Very friendly staff. Close to several fast food restaurants and gas stations. Right off the freeway but not loud. This one had the most grab bars of any hotel we have been to with an accessible tub - YAY! Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean! The beds were comfortable. the front desk employee was nice checking us in after 12 am. All around, short, pleasant stay. Plus, water pressure in the shower was strong! I would recommend for families.

We had to put my husband here over Xmas bc he was sick and we didn't want him to spread it at our family gathering. The staff were all SO friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice, the bed was so comfy, and we were able to charge our new electric car! Yay! My cousins stayed here because it's the only hotel in town that allows dogs. We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you!

New hotel. Parking lot was packed but we did not hear a peep all night. I did not eat but breakfast spread looked great. Coffee was great. :) New and clean!! By Love's.

I bubbah-wubbah loved it. OMG!!! The beds were top notch, perfectly allowing me to divulge in my reading adventures, Stephen King has never felt so good! Ha! Breakfast was great and opened at a crisp early 6 AM! Wonderful for an early pick-me-up right before my adventures as a future gunslinger! WeeeeEEEEeeee! The coffee too, yummy yum YUM! Not to mention I have never had a better night's sleep this side of Midworld! Not to mention on Keystone Earth! ALL THINGS SERVE THE TOWER! 5 stars.

Merri at the front desk was exceptional. I was traveling from South Carolina to get some work done on my truck and Enterprise left me stranded with no car. Merri was very professional and listened to my situation and accommodated me as much as possible. Thankful for individual like her. I recommend this place because of her service.

We had to make an emergency stop for our toddler. We were going home after leaving Disney trip early and she wasn’t having anymore of the car ride. The evening and morning staff were very friendly and the bed was very comfortable. We all slept great, which is what we needed after a long few days, and 10 hours in the car. We did not eat breakfast so not sure how that was. But for our purposes, it was great. Maybe a little pricey but it was worth it for us to get a good nights rest. Another issue could be the construction and renovation going on but it did not impede on our stay any.

From the moment you enter the lobby, the pleasant smell tells you that you made a good choice. Impeccably clean rooms with new furniture and in good condition, towels and white sheets, very white and in perfect condition. The smell is super pleasant enough to ask what products they use and buy them for our home. Luckily this chain has not fallen like most in the hands of owners without hygienic customs.

We have traveled across this country from Seattle down to Cape Coral Florida and this is one of a very few places that was beyond enjoyable. Everything about our stay from front desk to room to laundry facilities was above standards. Hopefully we can find more of the same on our continued move to Seattle. We wish the pool was available but we understand maintenance issues.

I have to stay at this location twice a week every week for my job. From the GM Brooke, to the rest of the staff as well as the housekeepers, very friendly and professional. They always greet me by name & are always asking how my family is doing. I can’t ask for better service than this.

I have stayed in many hotels throughout the years traveling for work all across the country, and I can tell you that great hotels are few and hard to find. A hotel that checks every box is so extremely rare, but this hotel does that very thing. I have stayed at this hotel long term many times, and can honestly say the staff is here incredible. I have personally witnessed staff/customer interactions in passing by many times, and can tell you the way the staff treat the customers is the best I have ever seen at a hotel, PERIOD. I usually travel with my wife and two toddlers, and this hotel is our absolute favorite hands down.

My father had a major medical emergency while traveling with my mother, their RV and their beloved German Shepherd. We called other hotels and they recommended this hotel. When we called and explained our situation and they immediately kicked into high gear and scrambled to help us, we were able to get a pet friendly room and they worked with me to set up everything until I could get there. Once I arrived they changed our room to accommodate us as well. We didn't know when we'd be able to leave and they were flexible in that area as well, they even had a wheelchair available when my father was released from the hospital. The staff was brilliant and went above and beyond to help us during this very stressful time. The room was clean and served our needs, the free breakfast was good as well (excellent coffee). The only con was we could've used a slip mat in the shower/bath but that was easily resolved. We stop in Jasper often on our trips up north and we wouldn't hesitate to stop and stay at this location again. Once again, thank you all for your help and if you're thinking of using this hotel for a night or for an extended stay, stop thinking and book a room.

Couldn't ask for any better of a place to stay. Very friendly people and the room was excellent.

Clean place. We stayed over a weekend and it was quiet. Coffee 24hours and breakfast at 630am including waffles downstairs. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was good with comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee. Located next to fast food restaurants and a loves truck stop so if you need snacks or anything forgotten right across the street. I would definitely stay there again if ever over in that area again.

We have a cabin being renovated in Jasper and needed a place to stay for Father's Day. Perfect location. Cute little patio area. My granddaughter loved the pool. Breakfast options were good too. Most breakfast bars do not offer biscuits and gravy as an option.

Great Hotel! 2 adults 2 kids and 2 dogs! The entire place was very nice and clean. The whole staff was extremely friendly. There is a nice area for your dogs to walk, but not fenced in. However, right across the street is Loves' fenced in dog area with benches. Breakfast was good and open! Beds were comfy and price was great! They do offer a CDL discount, but we didn't see that until we were already checked in and I didn't ask for it. I would definitely stay again!

Great service , friendly staff and had the best free breakfast I have had at a hotel. We will definitely be staying here when we come to Jasper Alabama from now on.

The staff was excellent and friendly. They stored out ice packs for packing and moving insulin. They are super dog friendly, the rooms were clean and comfy, and it had one of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. I will stay here again for my road trips on this route.
