I was shopping for a pre-owned truck and stumbled upon Carl Cannon through my search on autotrader for a newish Nissan titan. They had a super clean, low mileage truck that I was strongly considering in addition to some ram 1500s at other dealerships. While I ultimately went with a ram and didn't purchase from here, Mason was my sales guy who helped me with detailed pics of the truck, worked up a great, no fluff out the door price. And was just easy to deal with overall unlike some car dealers. I would have happily purchased a vehicle here had my sights not already been so swayed towards a vehicle that I found elsewhere. I'll definitely check here before our next purchase in the future because I didn't get the bad car lot vibes from Mason here. Check em out if you need a no pressure transaction.

Let me tell you, I worked with Bri on getting a vehicle and from the search to the credit approval to the signing… she was beyond awesome. Most of the communication was text and email but the way she worked with me and got me into a vehicle I love with features I wanted. If you looking I definitely suggest working with Bri. We noticed a noise coming from the engine on my son’s 2021 Silverado. I suspected it was the idler pulley as I had the same failure on my GMC Sierra. We were in a time crunch as he had to leave for college soon. Your dealership got him in quickly and turned the job the same day. We greatly appreciate the communication from your service advisor. Took my wife’s car in for check engine light . Picked the car up when repairs were complete. A few days later the check engine light came back on . Took it back to service and it was the same code as when I brought it in the first time. Talked to Joe service adviser and he went out of his way to get the car fixed and the second charge for the repairs were very reasonable especially since a different part had to be replaced.

Ross in service went above and beyond to work with the warranty company to take care of the repair. Communication was great with updates as he had them. The dealer provided a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair. The loaner was a nicer vehicle than what I was in and was much appreciated.

First met with Greg Williams and he showed me three cars that I thought I would be interested in to replace my car that had been totaled in a recent accident. We drove them, he gave me information on all three and followed up to see if I had any qestions. I was waiting for my husand to get in town to look at them. He arrived and thought we should look at a few other cars just to be sure...so we did, and then came back to look at the Equinox..... the next day we bought it! Greg was great and answered all our questions...went over the numerous features ...and worked with us for a great deal! He agreed to meet with me in the next few days (at my convenience) to go over all the options and even paired my phone before we left with the car. We met with Tim who was also very friendly and honest, and finalized the paperwork. We love the car and will probably be back to buy a new truck for my husband in the New Year. This is a great no pressure, friendly dealership and it was very enjoyable buying a car from them. Plus the beautiful vintage autos (and the new Corvette) in the showroom are something to see.
