Mr. Bean's BBQ

So I went here today with my son, ordered a Chicken Finger plate with corn nuggets and okra. The chicken was cooked perfectly and taste great. Okra was cooked perfect just needed a tiny bit of salt but still very good. Now the corn nuggets well, they was cooked well but was a bit to sweet for my taste. My son enjoyed them so it was really just them not being my style so will try different side next time. The service and music was awesome as well. Enjoyable experience.

Best baked beans I've ever had. The steak was a tad on the salty side but it was still super tender and awesome. Adding some collard greens to the menu would have really topped this steak off. A solid 4.5 stars! The bartender was pretty cool too. A couple of pinball machines would put this place over the top!

Great food. Takes a little while to cook. But was very enjoyable. My steak was cooked correctly (rare) and my wife enjoyed her steak tips. Fries are very tasty with their seasoning and my corn nuggets were good too!! We ordered some cheese curds with ranch and that was a tasty snack!! Pricing was reasonable for a non big chain place. If you like sports they have tvs everywhere

The Butterbean's choice cut steak was absolutely the best steak I've had in years!! The baked potato was cooked perfectly, and the salad was fresh. Our meal was so delicious! Parking is tight, but it was worth it!

Great find in Jasper! This was not the reason for our visit, but it will be part of the reason for our return. First, every plate is overflowing with delicious 🤤 food that is beyond affordable. Butterbean has it all right when he put this place up and don't let me fail to mention the good music from the speakers, banquet room for families, plenty of seating, and 😊 excellent food. As in most places food is subjective. Mr. Beans is really good at what I like. They have a filet mignon that is the best in town. It’s always cooked well and has great flavor. They also have the best grilled chicken in town. These are the two items I get and I love them. But, what really makes it good is Joe, he is the front of house manager, and does a great job of running a crew that is often undermanned. Love the good but really love the people.

as stressed as the waitress was she was very good! there was only two waitresses for our party of 11 and another party of 15 plus several other families... they did great and was very accommodating.. p.s. the mini bean burger is NOT mini!!!!

Filet was really good , and the bean burger was insane .

The food is always perfect and delicious. The staff is exceptionally friendly. We are usually seated fairly quickly and served in a timely manner!!

Best hamburger steak I've had in a long time if ever thanks Mr Beans! They happen to have had .25 cent drafts the day we stopped in as well so Justin was thrilled to the heels

I have followed Mr Bean since I was in my early 20s. It's been a joy to get my daughter into his work many years later. It's wonderful to see him bring his comedic talent to the BBQ smoker. Make no mistake, he may be British but this BBQ is quintessential southern slap ya mama goodness.

I can’t say enough. The food was amazing. I got the BBQ pork plate there was tons of food. My son got a hamburger he said it was the best he’s had. My husband got the filet steak and it was so tender. The portion size was large. We also got the loaded fries appetizer it was a meal in itself.

Steak was delicious as was the baked potato. In fact, I don't know what it was that made the potato taste better than other baked potatoes but it was very tasty.
The waitress was very attentive especially since the restaurant was packed out. Will eat there again.

Can't wait till I can have time to come enjoy their nicely stocked bar. Anyone know if their bloody Mary is any count??
