My favorite store with all the good stuffs. They have fragrant soap, handsoap, scrub, shower gel, mist and fragrance plugs with refills. In this store, I always found something to love. Their gift sets are awesome!

The sales staffs and cashiers in this particular store was very professional and friendly. No complaints.

They offer lots of discounts even upto 70% and many more offers.

BBW offers online shopping options and shipping.

Excellent Customer Service! I walked into the store and Mirah greeted us with the biggest smile 😃. Mirah ended up ringing out our items. The ladies behind the counter are absolutely 💯 Amazing! I've never had some much fun shopping. A great shopping experience. JoJo took her time out to breakdown the sale and Tikima's smile brightened my day. Stop by and say hello and catch the sale.

The staff is great and candle day is my favorite especially getting their bright and early.

Stopped by this location on the evening of 01/13/23. Cashier Jasmin was MAGNIFICENT. This young lady displayed amazing customer service and a genuine desire to help. Jasmin was knowledgeable in regards to active promotions and current offers. She was patient and walked me through my rewards account. So refreshing! I wish all of the BBW locations had employees like Jasmin! Thanks again!

We has a great experience, the person that help us was very attentive. Despite being a male (without offending ), he knew about body lotions and cream and textures. He also was bilingual and noticed was very welcoming to the public. We left very happy with our purchase and service.

The employees are always so welcoming and helpful! I love walking in and just smelling/testing all the candles, lotions, soaps, and fragrance mists. Especially cozy fall and winter scents! They had a sale today where both all fragrance mists were $4.95 (including the big bottles!) so I picked up the Champagne Apple & Honey fragrance mist. It honestly smells so nice and reminds me of a warm apple orchard and crispy apples :) It has me excited for autumn!

I love the store manager here. Nearly, almost every time I visit her store. She always greet me and welcome with a warm smile. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this bath & body works store to anyone whose looking for hospitable services.

Salesgirl always helpful with new products, too expensive unless there is a sale, $26.50 for there large candle, and I have had problems with 3 wick candles, there three get you free lotions are the best deal that's when I shop and I stock up they're candles I have had problems with I go to home goods and can get a candle is same quality same size and sometimes even bigger for 22 bucks their candles are outrageous. And I wasn't at all impressed with the Gig White sands candle that I just bought they were two for $22 they're smaller version very disappointing.

This is the BEST Bath and Body Works location I have ever been to. I grew up in New Jersey and went to the BBW around there for most of my life and none of them were as good as this one. I moved to Maryland last year and have been to a few of the stores in the area - but this one beats the rest by FAR. First, they are always stocked with a ton of product and they usually put out new product WAY before any of the stores in the area. Next, the customer service is always amazing here. Whenever I call - everyone I have spoken to at this store has been very very friendly and helpful, this goes for in-store as well! The sales associates are kind and helpful if you need them but they also aren't always on top of you like they are at some other stores. The Columbia Bath and Body Works is a 2 minute drive from where I live, yet I will go to this location instead sometimes.

These candles are unfairly well crafted. The scents available are varied and their seasonal rotation is always something to look forward to.

I'm giving Bath &Body Works, Montgomery Mall location 5 stars on the level of cleanliness and Customer Service. It feels a bit tight in the store, but at the same time there's a cozy warm feeling as well. I didn't have a lot to choose from fragrant wise but the candle selection was the ultimate. Don't get me wrong, I did find a few fragrances to add to my favs.... I did how ever select a few beautiful scented candles.❤🖒

The staff here is amazing! And the store is always clean! The manager and team are doing a great job. Aubrey was very helpful and even got me to buy more!

The best time to shop is during a semi annual sale. Spend $3 instead of $12 for soaps, lotions and gels. Good time to stock up.

A store associate, Beckys was extremely helpful assisting me with the Wallflower collection. Not only the scents, but the plug in options.

I love bath and body works, I do wish they had more scents for men however the ones they carry are amazing and the staff was helpful and they did have alot of choices for my girlfriend also so we where able to both find alot of things we both enjoyed and left with smiles on our faces
