Andrew was more than pleasant and more than smart.
Took care of everything kindly and swiftly. Didn't charge me for a new remote...(they're usually $25.00!!)
I asked him many questions about my phone (which is a Samsung 5G A71. They stopped making it 2 years after Samsung released it to the marketplace!)
Ugh.ugh.ugh.
Frustrating.
And these phones ain't cheap!

Andrew was an exceptionally helpful individual. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and got us a great deal on upgrading my phone as well as hooking us up with a plan that made sense for us.

Extremely clean with an open concept. Very little clutter. I had a issues with my wireless and fios account and they were able to help me with both. Andrew did a great job in helping me pick out a new phone and listening to what it is that I needed. I purchase liquid glass which he applied for me and some other accessories. In a day and age where all the carriers are highly competitive and their service is similar, the customer service I received here is what sets this establishment apart. If you need a new phone ask for Andrew!

My phone was set up for me by Andrew, an excellent multi-tasking employee of Verizon. There were many parts to the setup but during the waiting periods he was able to help many other customers at a brisk pace and didn't miss a beat with my phone setup. Will probably get my next phone here.

My mom and I both had a wonderful experience here. Andrew was knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. He has a knack for clearly explaining things in a succint yet comprehensive way. This will be the only Verizon retailer we go to in the future!

I arrived late to the store and my order had some issues which needed to be handled by Verizon Customer Service.
Although my experience contacting customer service was dreadful the representative at the store made my experience much better. Priscila was helpful and even though we were at the store after closing hours, both Andrew and Priscila helped me complete my transaction and even ended up purchasing my new Apple Watch.
