Last night I had to rush to the pharmacy and the tech Brigette was the best! She got my medication filled quickly and helped me with a few questions I had. I’ve always had a good experience at this Walgreens

The staff here was extra helpful. My son dropped some medicine in the store and the manager walked around to look for it. She couldn't find it... but I did. Thanks so much for trying! Pharmacy staff is helpful as well.

I work at a hospital and was in need of masks not only are they like the only place with disposable masks still one of the employees led me to them twice the only time an employee of anywhere that had no obligation to do anything but her job went out of her way for me.

Everyone was so helpful!! Tyler was great at helping me with my two returns. Highly recommend!!

Chronicley understaffed, After 6:30 PM and it seems like there's 1 person serving the drive through line and the counter. Crazy long wait.

Long waits in the pharmacy. The intercom was on when they talked to me broadcasting my information accross the store. I was there for over an hour waiting on a prescription. They did not acknowledge people when they walked up. To many people soing stuff in the back not enough customer service.

Horrible staffs!!! There’s a skinny ugly guy with glasses that looks like he’s in the 70s show is the worst. I dropped off 2 different Fedex packages, no confirmation provided. He took my number and said the receipt will be texted to my phone, have not received anything. When I asked, he saids “well it’ll take a minute”. The other lady gave me an attitude because I asked if they have tapes since I ran out of tapes while I’m sealing a package. I work near by this particular Walgreens and stop by often to purchase snacks and such. The worst experience I had with Walgreens so far.

Probably the worst customers service I’ve ever experienced. We had a question about our rewards and digital coupons after checking out because it was different with other Walgreens stores. The cashier, I think her name was Dora, answered with some attitudes. We left without another question cause we didn’t want to deal with it. Turned out the answer that she gave us was completely incorrect (we asked the same question at another Walgreens store).

So given a wrong answer with abhorrent attitudes. Name a worse combo in customer service, I’ll wait.

Went in to check on a Covid booster. They were short with me and said to make an appointment online even with only one person waiting. The online form asked loads of questions. I went to a competitor and got one easily. My last trip to Walgreens.
