Had a wonderful experience there today. I came in not 100% sure what I wanted and ended up with a comfortable and nice looking pair of shoes. Kalena (?) was super nice and patient with me as I tried on 5-6 different shoes and gave suggestions. Kudos to her for her service, patience and friendliness.

I came in yesterday with a pair of vans I bought elsewhere to ask about the fitting. The person who assisted me with finding a new pair ensured that I would have a comfortable fit and they were very polite & professional. I wanted to leave a kind comment about the service I received, thank you!

By far one of my favorite places to shop here in Johnson City. The selection is always stellar and if there isn't something in the store you want then the ordering process is just as helpful. The whole staff is amazing and super friendly and the manager, Chris, is a super cool guy. Incredibly helpful and really easy to get along with. I'd definitely recommend to anyone.
