SHOUT OUT TO THE MORNING CREW! ❤❤I go through the drive through in the mornings and everyone is always so friendly. But I wanted to write this review to specifically recognize the lady who works the food window. Her name is Tonya and she is an absolute delight, and every time I go through there and she's working it makes my day. She's so nice and upbeat. It really makes a difference and seriously inspires me to be as upbeat as she is.

Best McDonald's in America. Customer service is off the chain and my food and drinks are always fresh. Everyone smiles and treats you like a human and nit a number. Ty!

Omgosh, It's been a while since I have been. I carried out and the cashier, I believe based on his very nice shirt that he was a manager. @McDonald's, this young man needs a raise. He made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Very helpful! This place has cleaned up, so I will be going back.

Who doesn't know good old McDonald's? You know what you want, you know what you're getting, you know what to expect... having said that, I recommend using the app... great deals to choose from, you get more bang for your buck and earn Mcpoints which can be redeemed for free food 😀

I always go thru the drive thru they usually always fast and the food always fresh thanks keep up the hard work

If I could give the service at this store 10 stars, I would. I stopped curbside for a frappe and pumpkin creme pie and had the friendliest service I've seen in a very long time. The lady made me glad that I stopped at this particular McDonald's that day, and the frappe+2 espresso shots, was divine, as always!!

Phenomenal service repetitively. This location is often busy and I still feel like I'm given personal service from different staff members. There is also delightful woman who is always attentive to my toddler when we come treating my child like a person not just ignoring them. I have found this is not the case at most places. This is my favorite McDonald's in the Tri-cities and it is because of the employees.

It's McDonald's. Food was fresh, tasty and order was fast and correct. Staff was friendly despite being pretty busy.

I love this mcdonalds especially since it's right next to our house but usually it's really busy usually. I recommend a big Mac theirs is especially good, we've had a to go meal there many times.

Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in Johnson City. The staff is always awesome. Had a bit of an issue this morning with a hair in my food (it happens so I'm not at all angry,) and when I called they were extremely kind and apologetic. Love the service we receive here! Will always be my go to McDonald’s

Super fast service, ordered a carmel frappe with extra drizzle. The extra drizzle seemed to have been mixed in but was still delicious.

Love the cheese pizza and the live music 🎶

Read alot of bad reviews about this McDonalds.....But......I had a great experience going in for a breakfast sandwich this morning. The lady behind the counter who took my order was super personal and seemed to know many of the customers and their life situations.....wonderful qualities of customer service. Several of the ladies greeted everyone. My sandwich was made quickly.....was hot and tasty. Thank you so much. I recommend this restaurant.
