Sunday morning, quiet shopping before noon. Store was orderly with the exception of one section in fashion jewelry .. it looks like someone had opened every boxed set. I don't blame the employees I really think
some customers should shop with their own personal servants to clean up after them.
The 5 employees I interacted with were all friendly, and helpful.

The customer service was great! My cashier was Mrs. Lynn she was so helpful on the floor and nice at the register! I will be shopping here more often!

Had a great experience today at the Johnson City store.
My wife was shopping for a dress for an upcoming wedding. Lindsey was able to hold the dress for us while we looked at other stores in the mall. Upon returning to Penny's
She helped us complete the transaction along with finding some discount coupons online that would help with the purchase

LOVE shopping here. I go straight to the junior's section & always find a bag full of items that I love! I perhaps may be a little too old for the junior's section, but hey....if you got it, flaunt it girl! 😉❤😇 I had an email with an additional 40% off on top of the sales already going on. I walked out of there with over $550 dollars worth of clothes, & I only shelled out $133! Gotta love a deal!

They have a sale going on, I had a rewards discount, and l had a gift card. Loved shopping today.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that I didn't have to hunt for a sales person to wait on me. As I walked into store salesperson greeted me and directed me to where I needed to go to complete my business. No questions asked. Was able to return item I had ordered by mail with no hassle.

The young woman who checked us out was awesome. We found great pants for my husband. She ordered others for us at the register. Her customer service deserves an additional high 5. I will do more shopping
at JCPenny.

I enjoy shopping here. I was impressed how they worked together to help customers. While checking out, I could hear their walkies, someone sending help to get customers through the check-out (even though there were only 4 of us in line and 2 registers going). At least 3 employees asked if I needed any help, but they weren't circling like vultures. It's clean. There's always a good deal going on.

So glad this JCPenney's is not out of business

Normally I'm pretty happy with my experience at this store. Today I tried the curbside pickup option to pickup my order. I waited for over 10 minutes and the status didn't even change to "an associate is looking up your order" so I left my car in the curbside spot and walked in to get my order. In and out wasn't bad but I won't be using curbside again.

I finally found an entire outfit in my size but it was on a mannequin. The associate was great and stripped the mannequin! 🤣❤
