It is definitely a Food City. The prices are kinda high, but that's everywhere anymore. I appreciate their large selection of apples. I don't interact with the staff much, but they've always been friendly.

Good help is hard to find but great customer service is rare to find these days. Sandy who works up front is one the best reasons to shop here. She is always smiling and is keeping the store clean. The butchers are all top notch when it comes to customer service.

I love shopping at Food City because the workers are great ,sales are awesome and you can get in and out as fast as you need to.

Ran in for beer...store was clean, lots of register's and self checkout available..love the fact they have wheel locks on the carts..first time I've seen it and I love it.

At check out, you do not have to load a belt and bag your own groceries. It is like old times when we did not have to work a register for free.
Inflation is ridiculous, and the price of the steak is indicative of prices at other grocery stores with the same quality of steak

I love how every Food city I go into has the same layout. I love being able to simply walk in and know where to go. The staff are super friendly. It was over all pretty clean and the carts gathers tend to keep the carts gathered in side and clean. The prices are higher then walmart but you will not experience the same atmosphere there.

The employees at #601 are very courteous and extremely helpful. They are very appreciative of customers shopping at their store. Though the store may not be as big as the State of Franklin location, they make up for it in offering their assistance when you are shopping. I love the atmosphere and friendliness I have experienced at #601 South Roan location.

Great Go-To place in a pinch. Prices are above average in some areas. If you stick to the sales paper, it's not too hard on your pocket. Good cuts of meat and always courteous.
