I’m located far away from the dealership, and he went above and beyond to give me all the information I needed to be able to make a good decision about the car before making the drive up there. We purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback from Johnson City Toyota and were pleased in the salesperson we were dealing with Mary Baker was just so open and honest with us over the phone as well as in person. we had to travel just over 100 miles to get to the dealership so knowing the condition of the vehicle and the pricing was very important to us. She was up front with the deal and no surprises once we arrived. She was very open and helpful and treated us with great respect. I would ask for her again if we were to go back to buy another vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and this sales person.

First off let me say, Mary my salesperson is an absolute angel. She is very friendly and personable. Now to the finance manager, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I didn't want to use in house financing because I always use my credit union for things like that. He completely understood and didn't try to pressure me into anything. So would I recomend Johnson City Toyota? 100% without a doubt.

I was attracted to the dealership for a 2023 year end sale model. After visiting and learning that the car had been sold, Tony the salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to help me find the car that I wanted. He was never pushy and he along with Dylan the finance manager and Dominic the sales manager all made me feel very comfortable through the buying process. They definitely made sure I was happy with my purchase. I came back 3 days later and Tony also helped me get my Toyota app with all subscriptions setup. This dealership had very friendly and personal service. This is my first Toyota vehicle purchase and so far I love it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Tony as a salesperson!
