Very impressed by my last visit to Electronics Express in Florence. Excellent customer service- deserves more than 5 stars! Before Christmas I walked in desperate to finish my Christmas shopping but didn’t know much about the items on my boy’s list. Dakota went above and beyond and was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I left confident with my choices thanks to his help. … gaming monitors and electric scooters my boys have absolutely loved! Really appreciated the stellar customer service even during the busy holiday season ! Going to be buying some kitchen appliances here next thanks to how they treat their customers !

Choosing the best television for your use today isn't just about the price. I use mine for watching old sitcoms and movies. Picture quality is what I wanted. I spoke with Brock. He knew which brand was best for my use. I'm perfectly happy with my new LG OLED 77 inch screen. Thanks Brock.

THE ONLINE STORE ISNT WORTH THE HASSLE!! I’D JUST GO TO THE STORE

Lilly is quite helpful, she has fun energy, she seems to genuinely care about helping people, whereas most places I can’t get help even when I ask for it. I was in two weeks ago and she helped me find what I needed even though it wasn’t an adapter Electronic Express had, she went above and beyond to help me and my son figure out where we needed to go to get what we were looking for. I however recently had a problem with the online store as half the listings have typos(saw a desktop where the title said 16GB RAM and it actually had 32GB RAM written elsewhere in the listing which is confusing), or the open box items almost always say available for pick up…and then they aren’t at the Florence store, the prices also appear to be higher online than I saw in store. I recommend going in store for all your stuff at electronic express, the online store isn’t worth the confusion when we have a store here with people in it who care. I’d recommend asking for Lilly specifically, she’s fun and still gets you what you need! I know being fun isn’t important but it sure does make for a better shopping experience, in my opinion. Lilly also suggested Leviticus(hopefully spelling this right) in appliances to me for when I replace my fridge so if you’re shopping in appliances she spoke highly of him and assured me he would be able to find me what I needed when I got ready.

Was searching for a new TV, due to the one I’d ordered online being lost in shipment. Charley the store manager, listened to my wants and needs and recommended the exact same TV I had ordered online. But they had it in stock and for a lower price. After waiting 2 weeks for my online purchase and still no update, Electronic Express stepped in and saved the day. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this store and will be my first choice in the future.

Recently moved in state and looked up an electronic store and found this one & we couldn’t be happier our research path led us here! Charlie and Lilly were so helpful and informative with all of our needs/future wants starting in our new home! Thank you for being patient with all of our questions and helping us get an amazing TV set up & connecting us with Leon to do the installation who was also awesome!

Great experience shopping there while I was in town on vacation! Friendly and attentive staff, great selection of inventory especially yeti products.

They carry great high-end electronics appliances and audio equipment for your home or for your car. And nice computer selection. Like everyone else prices are a little high right now but they do run a weekly ad so check it out before you go in and you might find what you're looking for in it

Needed a car stereo and the prices matched what I saw online. Then the manager told me he will price match online sellers. I had a great experience, and will continue to do business here.

I was looking for a certain brand and model tv. Was told by a box store in Huntsville they had it but when I got there they never did but lured me there just to try to sell me something else. So I called Electronic Express and talked to Chris and he assured me he did answer set it aside until I cold drive over an hour to get there. When I arrived I met with Chris with many questions and he answered them all and did not try to sell me on any other model. Ask for Chris he's a good man, and will take time to help you with what you want.

We found the freezer we wanted and it was cheaper than we saw it online! The salesman was very nice and helpful too.

I got to know this store since they opened because of my sons, they were coming home with some great devices! I always asked them: " Where did y'all got that? Y'all better start saving some money! So they took me over there and I became the one buying everything from there lol. Every body has given us a great service, Dakota, George, I can't remember all the names sorry. All I can say is that this is my favorite store!!! Thank y'all guys!!! 🙏🥰

We were in need of 2 recliners. A friend suggested we check with our electronic express in florence. This was the first visit for us here. We were SO impressed. The store was very neat and organized! I have retail sales experience and was immediately taken aback on how nice the store was!!! I could have spent hours in this store. Owen was the associate that helped us. He was very knowledgeable and polite! We bought our recliners from him at a wonderful price!!! The store and Owen have turned us in to electronic express fans. We will most definitely be back!!!!

It had been years since I had been to an Electronic Express, and I will have to say the experience was great! Someone greeted us at the door with a SMILE and Hello ! That was the first thing that said ( We want your business !) They were very helpful and answered all our questions and even loaded our Onkyo Receiver, It works very well. THANKS YOU GUYS ! We will be back !

We had to replace our TV screen, and Owen at Electronic Express Florence was very helpful to me in selecting the right TV for us. He helped me measure to make sure it would fit into our cabinet, was very knowledgable about, and explained the features of the various models and brands, and professional throughout my transaction.

Super friendly people always there to help with what I need

First time I was in there last week. Was very impressive. The help (Employees) were very helpful. They also have a large price line on most all items. AGAIN HELP AND STORE WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE. CHECK IT OUT YOU WILL GO BACK.

I purchased a used pair of Bose sports earbuds at a discounted price today. Took them home and they would Not show a charge when I plugged them up. I took them back and Kirby and Dylan helped me by getting a brand new pair. It was a smooth transaction, they gave me no issue. They were awesome!

It's been a long time since I've been in a Electronics Express. I've been a Best Buy man for a number of years, and that's been a mistake.
From the extremely large amount of laptops, TV's, and audio accessories on display and in stock to the attentive floor people, I was extremely impressed.
I will definitely start visiting this store more often.

Everyone was really friendly! I came in and looked at a desk, then the next week I came back to get it. Both times, Kirby was a big help and very kind! He is a great worker and I appreciate his positive attitude :))
