Best experience I’ve had in a while , handsome young man named Brian helped me and gave some of the best costumer support I’ve ever had , I don’t know how things work but this gentleman needs some sort of reward or raise , Totally coming back again

I was helped by Brian and Stephanie today and the service was beyond great. They were patient and informative. Made me happy to be a customer!

Nathaniel helped me transfer data between my old phone and my new phone, so helpful! Also, Stephanie helped me out a lot with my micro sd card into my phone a few months ago.

I came in today to upgrade myself from Sprint to T-mobile because I heard of the great plans/international plans available. I initially wanted to go to a corporate store, but when i called, Ellie reassured me that she would be more than happy to help. Since she was so nice I decided to go to this store instead of a corporate store. All of the staff was so helpful, Ellie and Esteban (the store manager), were quick to help me with exactly the plan I needed and the accessories to make my life easier! They answered all of my questions effortlessly and were extremely courteous and knowledgeable of the product and services available. I felt truly helped rather than sold. I am excited to use my new phone and to have great coverage, and also to have a wonderful store to go to for all of my needs with T-Mobile! I recommend anyone to come here for a pleasant experience! Ask for Esteban and Ellie and you will not be disappointed. :)

I had a wonderful experience with the store manager Raheem Grayson today. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help with all of the issues I presented him with. They were minor inconveniences for my husband and I and he helped correct each one.

I read a lot of reviews about this store online and decided to go check them out and possibly switch my business to T-Mobile , the reps made me feel welcomed and were quick to help and most of all they discovered all my needs and made me realize that I can get more out for my business than I was getting with Verizon. The team was quick to help and didn't push sales. The store has a positive vibe and everyone there was ready to help , so glad I made the switch to T-Mobile. I highly recommended this location to anyone with a business looking to save money and get more for their buck, would definitely go back

The guys on Newtown Road tried really hard to help yesterday with the sinister-like updates Samsung did that got rid of my vmail icon,😡 smh! All three tried getting the icon back & went so far as to look up YouTube videos to help. Los tres amigos are well trained, professional, calm, and cordial.😇

This store is awesome! Went in inquiring about this gadget my buddy had in his car and the rep there explained to me on why it was beneficial for me to have it especially on my brand new BMW and the different features the device had and it made me have a peace of mind knowing that my car would be guarded even if I wasn’t around, the SyncUP gadget is definitely worth the purchase plus it give me internet on the go, recommend everyone to visit this location trust me you won’t be disappointed, they get to know you on a first name basis and are always quick to help, my visit was beyond enjoyable.

I came into the T-Mobile on Newtown Rd with questions about the plans they had for service and Alejandro, the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the plans and explained to me all the benefits that T-Mobile had to offer and I decided to switch right there and then instead of waiting. This location is very knowledgeable and extremely polite and made my switch very easy and pleasurable. I definitely recommend people to visit this location. 5 stars all the way !!!

Went here to upgrade my phone.The staff was very helpful and friendly. Stephane was the rep who helped me..he was super nice and answered all my questions. I also met Esteban, the manger..also helpful..and Deryk. Even met Sean..from corporate..an awesome young man! Will definitely go back to this location for all my cell phone needs!

Have been having trouble with a couple of services so I thought I would try Danbury T Mobile at 74 Newtown Road, I have never experienced the great service that I received from them. I hope the company does something very special for Rich, and Carson they treat you like family, very knowledgeable, polite and they listen to your problem and help solve it, without pushing products on you.Every store should have employees like them.

Raheem and Carson are my new favorite people. They made our transition to TMobile seamless. While I am less than tech savvy they were polite, professional and amazingly patient with me. True customer service is a rarity. TMobile should be proud of these employees.

Steven and Ebeliza were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind when helping my dad (who is not tech savy). They took the time to field questions, make clarifications, and trouble shoot things with him. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly suggest going there for all of your phone needs.

There are no words to describe the experiences I have had at this brand new T-Mobile store on Newtown Road in Danbury,CT.. So grateful for their professionalism and tremendous knowledge of their products. I upgraded my phone Note 4 to the new S8+. Stephane spent so much time with me making sure all my data was transferred and any questions I had were answered in a way I could understand. I have been back to the store 2 more times to ask silly questions, they always greet me with such a warm and friendly manner and never make me feel unintelligent or a nuisance. Stephane and Esteban are really top notch professionals...also on a side note, they recommended I purchase a "Sync Up Drive" to enable Wi-Fi for my daughter in my car, this device also provides on board diagnostics. Only having this feature for 2 weeks, it already paid for itself when prior to our trip to the Jersey Shore, my check engine light came on, I immediately went to check my Sync App, fortunately it told me of a serious problem, once fixed at the service station, I was told my car would have broken down on the way to our vacation and more likely than not my engine would have seized costing a fortune to repair. I was able to fix the problem for $124.00 and save tons of expense and heartache....we really enjoyed our vacation and were safe because of this Sync Up Drive /App highly recommend this product, this store, Stephane and Esteban and TMobile in general...

Went to the TMobile on federal road in brookfield and all i can say was the service was horrible so i took my business to danbury, Raheem the store manager in danbury was absolutely amazing! Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Will do all my business here because the service was phenomenal.

Stephane,Jonathan and Larissa were very helpful when it came to me picking out a new phone. They were very knowledgeable & patient. They didn't just sell me a phone, they showed me how to use it.
