I would like to personally THANK store staff member Mariela.
I'm from Beaverton and before making the 2 hour + trip for the following items;
- 2 sets of 1500lbs rated folding ATV ramps.
- 9 Drawer (White) tool chest.
I called asked if they could verify that they did indeed have the items in stock at their location.
Not only did she take the time to check inventory. She pulled the items and gave me a 24 hour window to get them. I came down first thing the next morning. Items were waiting and the young man working that morning, cheerfully offered to help load up my purchases.

The Beaverton location could learn a LOT from the staff at this location.

Friendly service. Helped me get a motorcycle jack in my car.

They have some great selection of inexpensive tools. A little bit of everything.

Got all my questions answered; staff helpful with coupons.

Great place to save money over big stores. Friendly people that work there.

I love stopping by and checking out all the cool items and good prices harbor freight offers. Super helpful and super cool staff who are always willing to answer my dumb questions.

Good store for those needed tools when you are on a budget. Service is friendly and there is plenty of parking. Supply of tools is vast and should have something for everyone. If you buy from here, get the service plan. They will replace faulty tools no questions asked.

Love this new location. Interacted with several different employees and had a positive experience.! I didn't catch her name, but one of the female associates helped me find a leather punch, then opened up her register, so I didn't have to wait in line. So glad that I no longer need to drive to Albany or Salem to shop at this fine establishment. I have never had a bad experience at any of their locations..!👍

Awesome ! Glad this store is here now, Albany is a bit far. For an amateur/home mechanic on a tight budget...I love this place ! It’s really affordable and the quality is decent, you actually get more than you pay for and considering that the quality is actually very satisfactory+, they allow dogs, and the employees are nice/professional. The “house” brands they have stand up well compared to Home Depot’s house brands are less $$$...better employees too than the Corvallis Home Depot. Good location too !

I haven’t been to a Harbor Freight since I left NJ, but to my surprise I’m pretty impressed with the customer service here. The employees are helpful and they do not have an attitude when you ask questions. I appreciate that they also enforce face masks, I’ll continue to shop at this location because I know that I’ll be treated like a person.

Affordable prices. Tools aren't the quality of the big name brands, but at a fraction of the cost. If you are a hobbyist and only use a drill 20 times a year, why pay $150 for a cordless drill, when you can buy one for $40. A Timex keeps the same time as a Rolex. The warranty is good, as well. It's a toy store for big boys!!! ENJOY!!!

Harbor Freight can be hit and miss, but they are overall great. Why pay $23 for a shovel when you can get one for around $10. I did construction for over 30 years. Their grinders, demo saws, multi tools, storage boxes and sanding accessories are great for the price. You can not beat them. Certain things you have to buy at other places, but I try Harbor Freight first and save a ton of money.

This place is great! Always super friendly, and a wide selection of tools.

Was looking for a Tow Bar and found that they carried an option or 2. Too bad it was the long weekend. Eugene and Springfield had none in stock. Corvallis had 1 left. Called ahead and got lucky. Super friendly and great customer service.

If you are looking for cheap tools for cheap prices, this is your place. Knowing what tools are worth paying more for and what can be bought cheap can make this place the best value place to shop.
If you are looking for top quality tools at reasonable prices this place isn't for you.

These guys have great customer service and there have been so many times I have had an issue with a tool, they make either returning it or exchanging it super easy.

I stopped to check out some tools that I need . A kind employee asked me , if I needed help finding out , what I was looking for. I would guess that he saw my looking all over the place without finding it . Great customer services , great prices .
