I knew someone that had a great experience here and raved about it. Figured they just liked the company or something. I recently went in and decided to try it out and now I'm raving about this store. It is run well. They will make sure you get the best price for what you want. They don't hide any details and if they make a mistake, they figure out a way to make it better. Glad I found this store. At least go in and chat with them. You'll see what I mean by stellar customer service.

I’ve had a wonderful experience since I changed to T-Mobile. I had previously been a AT&T customer and then a Verizon customer. T Mobile has the best prices for my situation and so far very happy with the service. Specifically, the T-Mobile on Kings has been amazing. James was so knowledgeable, so smart and such a great help meeting some of the challenges we faced when we switched over from Verizon. I would highly recommend.

Visited today and i must say they have such an amazing staff, very friendly and welcoming. Best experience I've ever had purchasing a phone. They made sure everything was in working order before I left and I left in a better mood than when I entered. They all deserve a bonus/ raise, I was happy to work with them.

James, the store manager, is a hero! Not only did he help solve a very difficult technology and account issue, he did so with professionalism and tenacity. I truly appreciate his desire to go above and beyond when transferring my number back to T-moblie seemed hopeless. He is a great problem solver and listener. I wish I could give him more stars!

Absolutely would recommend this place to others. The customer service I received was beyond expectations. It can take awhile, but if you allow the reps to take their time they will get you the most bang for your buck.

I recently went in having issues with my phone plan. It wasn't working even though I had paid. The team there was so helpful and even sacrificed overtime to help me. It eventually worked.

I'm a racecar driver and I need my phone to operate like I drive. I made a pitstop at this store so DeMon could fix the phones transmission. He had my SIM Card updated and outta there stat. Now I need my car to keep up with my phone!

Andy at the store on Kings Boulevard is amazing. I am a difficult person with a difficult account that got screwed up a few days before by somebody else. And he was able to fix everything for me. I walked out of there with a new phone like I wanted to in the first place, the two ladies he had working with him. They all three worked very well together very nice and courteous to all customers I saw coming in and going out. If you need to talk to a manager of any kind and he is the one to wait for if you can, please believe me wait for Andy if you can. Hope I don't overwhelm him too much. Being kind to customers and to other people around you whether it's on the phone getting help or it's your employee getting help All working together it was nice and relaxing. When you treat your employees and your customers, good and respectful, that's the place I want to go to when those people are working.

Fantastic service with Andy the Associate Manager today. So helpful and patient with us as we added a line for our kid. In 12 years with T-Mobile, I have never had better service than at this branch. They are so knowledgeable and you don't feel like you are being "up sold" all the time. They honestly want the best solution for your needs. Really great home internet options too. We are trying out the home 5g to compare with Xfinity.

One word...wow! I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend this store. I bought new phones and changed my carrier to T-mobile. Najd helped us through the entire process. I can't say enough positive things about Najd, he is awesome.
