Dan's Fan City

I’ve bought from Dan’s fan city a couple times over the past 15 years and they have never disappointed. I don’t know what I would do without Dans. Guys like Claudio and Rick at the Tampa store are good. Even the online sales always met my expectation. Forget the big box stores with limited selection and know how or even the high-end online companies with their break-the-bank products.

The manager Alex at Dan's Fan City is very willing to help you with any problems you may be having with your fan. My husband took our housing unit from our fan in because it became impossible to pull the chain and Alex fitted it with a new part, and when he saw that it still wasn't working properly he took the needed part out of another fan. Very knowledgeable and willing to help!

We bought all 6 of our ceiling fans at Dan’s. It has been two years and they still work great. Alex was really great at helping us pick out the right fan for each room and for the lanai. We installed the fans ourselves, so we did not use their installers. Alex has been great with follow up since then including replacement batteries for our remotes. Five stars all around!

Nate at Dan's Fan City on Bruce B Downs Blvd was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had the part on hand we needed to fix our fan. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how to avoid it breaking again. Without a doubt we will be back for all our future fan needs. Nate was a great help!

I recently had an issue with a fan in my house that was being sold and needed an urgent fix. I went to the local big box home improvement store and they were not able to offer any solution and did not even stock the part we needed. Next stop…Dan’s Fan City on BBD. Alex the store manager was clearly knowledgeable on the subject and offered several suggestions on how to address the problem. We needed a very short rod to convert our fan from a flush Mount in order to add a universal remote, and Alex gave us one for free! Totally unexpected and we are very thankful!!

We have been purchasing fans at Dan's for the last 17 years. We recently bought two more for our lanai. They really hold up and are so beautiful. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful in assisting us in making our selection. We definitely recommend Dan's to anyone seeking to purchase indoor or outdoor fans. You can easily customize to get the perfect fan for your home.

He spent a significant amount of time to answer questions and provide options - and he knows the product to the smallest detail. Went there a couple days ago for a fan that wasn't spinning as fast as it should. Alex hooked me up with an inexpensive fix. Would definitely go back again.
