Great help! By the way this part of their store is at the end of the plaza, so there are 2 stores 1 for regular vapes and one for CBD and hemp products. 🥴

I have been there once great Management and supplies.I have been going here for a long while now. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great staff. I really like everyone there. Bill, carrie, Rebecca and Kevin. Are great people helps you. I miss steve that was there, but happy for him going into something he enjoys. Bill runs a straight up store and goes buy the rules. I really like it there. Glad to be a customer there.

Bill (the owner)is the man! Wide variety of juices and a super helpful staff. I live 30 minutes away but travel to give them my business. I've been vaping for 7 years, been to all the major shops, and this is by far my favorite shop. I wont give my business to anyone else.

Best vape shop in town hands down. The owner bill is awesome. He really cares about helping people quit smoking. Everyone who works there is super nice and very helpful. There reward program is definitely worth it. So many different juices & mods. Also just started carrying multiple different CBD extracts. Check it out, you won't be disappointed and are sure to find something you'll like.

I can't speak highly enough about this shop. They provide great service, fair prices, and are very knowledgeable. One of the biggest plusses about Sterling Vapes is that they give a 30 day warranty on their mods. That is unheard of. I recently had to bring a mod back and Bill exchanged it without hesitation. I won't shop anywhere else.

I leave super happy every time I go there. Best prices I’ve seen in pretty much any smoke or vape shop. I used to manage a competitor in the area and now that I don’t work there, this is the only shop I go to. Steve and Bill and the woman that is there (I never caught her name) are the best! Best prices and great service!

Very informative. Mr Bill knows his stuff. Hopefully my wife and I have found a better alternative to those nasty 🚬. We were both impressed with the service and price. Bill (I think) is ALWAYS really helpful and so friendly... I am picky when it comes to juice flavor and he never fails to find me the perfect flavor for my mood! Great selection, awesome rewards program, super clean and inviting atmosphere. I will ONLY go to Sterling Vapes for all of my vaping needs!

Awesome shop! I purposely hold off from buying at more expensive shops in Charlotte to buy from Sterling. The prices are insanely low. The selection is overwhelming, literally anything you want or need they have and at lower price than what you’ve been paying everywhere else! All the employees are extremely helpful and super friendly. Shop here!!!

Great experience. The women I talked to was very nice, knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. Prices were good too compared to other vape shops I've been to in the area. Definitely recommend 👍

This is a great vape shop. Bill, the owner is very nice and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of juice and hardware and their prices are more reasonable than the Mad guys. If you want to get great service, great products at a very reasonable price, you need to go check these guys out. I've bought quite a bit of juice from them, and several tanks and mods and have been very satisfied.

This is the only Vape Shop I will ever go to! They have the biggest selection of e-liquid around. Their rewards program is awesome as well. Spend $100 and get $7 off any e-liquid. Bill is a good guy. He is honest, knowledgeable, and will take the time to answer any questions his customers have. Support a local business and stop in and talk to Bill and his staff. You won't be disappointed

ALWAYS super friendly, helpful and personable. There are 20+ vape shops between my home and the 31 miles to this store. I exclusively go there and will continue to do so. They are worth it. I cant say enough positive things about them!!!!!!

Awesome crew and owner. Great prices. Great juices. Lots of variety as far mods and tanks are concerned. The place is well organized, maintained and extremely clean. We love going here over Madvapes. They have so much more and the prices are much more reasonable.
