As soon as we entered the store, Andrew greeted us & worked with us immediately. He was super nice. His customer service was flawless & He made awesome recommendations based on our preferences. We will definitely be back in to see Andrew for all of our future needs!

I highly recommend going to the att store in the crossroads mall in beckley wv. The team member Hannah was very helpful with my purchase of a new phone. She was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and got me exactly what I needed.
I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did everything i needed and hannah recommended one that fit me perfect. Speaking with the her helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again.

Amber the new manager is amazing. She was very helpful in helping us with setting up our family plan account. She was patient and was able to explain all the details, resolve issues, and helped us minimize our monthly bill.

Amber was a great deal of help when I went to AT&T at Crossroads Mall. She helped me convert my Verizon phone to AT&T!! I was afraid it couldn’t be done, but she worked hard and got the job done! I would definitely recommend asking for her if you visit the store!! She’s an expert and very knowledgeable at her job!!!!

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. A breath of fresh air, to get someone nice but very knowledgeable. If we didn't have her help today and the experience we had, my husband and I would have went to Sprint. Thank you Stephanie.
