I went there because I saw their sign for a BBQ with free install and setup. I just moved to town, and needed to get a new Weber. They were super helpful, had great product knowledge, and the best price in town. I am pretty happy!

The customer service at this place is phenomenal. They greet you at the door and take you to what you need. If an associate isn't at the door, the cashier will radio them that you're heading back. It's a good system. I also love that you can get blades sharpened here. I was struggling with some dull loppers and wondering if blacksmiths still existed...lol. when I googled for "blade sharpener", ACE popped up. So cool.

I was in your store yesterday to purchase something that certainly could’ve waited just one more day. I simply had to complete my task list. Tornado warnings & torrential rains weren’t going to stop this girl.
I wanted to commend one of your employees, Gabe, for helping me carry my purchases to the car in the tsunami. He certainly didn’t have to go the extra mile, but he did so without hesitation. Gabe made my day by simply being such a sweet young man. Please tell him how much I appreciated his kindness. Also, I always get such excellent service when I’m in your store.

Great place to find just about anything for a quick fix. Staff is very helpful.

This store opened up in my neighborhood a few years ago and I have enjoyed shopping there. Customer service is always exceptional. There is a team atmosphere at this store and it's not unusual to have more than one sales clerk assist a customer. They may not have as large a selection on site as the big box stores but are happy to special order anything I need and delivery takes only a few days. Most recently I purchased a Weber propane grill. The owner delivered the assembled grill within minutes of my getting home from buying it. He showed me all the features of my new grill and even gave me a quick tutorial on how to cook on and how to maintain the grill. A matter of days after my purchase the manufacturer put the grill on sale. I reached out to the owner of Ace and without my even having to ask he apologized for not knowing about the upcoming sale and immediately credited my card the difference in price. Exceptional. Thanks, Ace, for the great service.

Ace hardware saves the day again. My new Revolution 20ft RV sewer hose with swivel action was exactly what I needed the morning of leaving for our big camping trip. This store has literally saved my marriage by having everything I forget about doing after about 7 days of my wife asking me to do it. I hate honey do’s. Thank you ace hardware. Thank you so much. May my wife continue to help me be a loyal customer. You always have what I need to keep her happy. And your so close to our home to where I can get things done a quickly as possible so I can get back to enjoying what I enjoy most, Absolutely nothing. I live to do nothing as often as possible. 5 star home run.

I recently bought a house here in Tallahassee and have been coming here almost every day due to remodeling. It’s a lot closer than going out to Lowe’s or Home Depot. Everyone here is super nice. I have been here countless times already. They are all very helpful, the store is very clean, and everything is super organized.

I love this store! I go often to purchase things for my yard, cleaners for the inside or outside of my house, paint, greetings cards, new keys, even reading glasses! Every time I go, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Today, I was helped by Quintin, a new employee who was truly impressive. He was helpful, kind and remembered my name when I had to come back a few hours later. The store’s manager must know how to hire great employees.

I always love our neighborhood Ace. Friendly faces waiting at the door to help you, and they almost always have the major items you need. They can tend to be a bit pricier than the big stores, but more than make up for it with less driving and less hassle. My norm for a project - one kickoff trip to Lowe's, with two or three trips to Ace for things I forgot, or that I break along the way.

The staff really are the helpful hardware folks! You will be immediately met at the door by multiple staff offering suggestions or a hand to your car. Great location, clean, large, and bright.

I love this ACE hardware. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they always have what I need. It's so nice to have in our neighborhood.

The staff here is amazingly friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable in my opinion, sometimes a little higher than the other ACE or Home Depot, but its nice and local and a 5 minute drive from the house. Its so nice to have a place to pop into when we need something quick for a weekend project. I needed a key cut ASAP to give to my realtor within the hour and they were able to meet my need so quickly.

I rarely write reviews, but the awesome service of this store deserves one.
Today I went with a lamp. A woman and a man who work there (unfortunately I forgot their names) took about half an hour helping me find each part I needed to assemble it.

AMAZING customer service at this one just like Kerry forest. I was there 5 mins after closing and they treated me like the first customer of the day. I just needed something quick, but the level of urgency for the customer is something I appreciate a lot. Thank you for always being so helpful and eager to help a first time home owner down the road and saving me a long drive to HD of Lowes.

Colin was extremely helpful over the phone finding me a compatible fill valve and flapper to replace my Toto toilet parts. I shop at Ace because of the great customer service, which is the rule rather than the exception. I'd like to add that the Korky parts that I purchased, particularly the fill valve, were as easy as pie to install and work as well or better than the original Toto parts.

I'm SO grateful to have an Ace so close to home now. I come in at least 3 times a week and the store is always clean, employees attentive, and I'm in and out in minutes - half the time with someone helping me to the car.

The Google ad says they have propane but they don't have propane at Bannerman Crossing. Nice store good people. Their web marketing folks need to tighten up a little bit. Great response to the issue earns a 5.

Dana, I am not in that area any more. My search was "propane refills". The Bannerman location popped up first. I was just a few tenths of a mile away. I did not see a refill station as I pulled in, suspected the info might not be correct.

Staff are very helpful and store is uncrowded allowing necessary distancing. Even though they're not as big as Home Depot, they have still always had what I needed. How do they do that?
