Amazing service. I needed to replace my wife’s lost iPhone7. Daniel reviewed our plan and billing history and was able to make changes that set me up with a new phone for $35, upgraded my iPad for $35, and gave me an additional number we actives on a spare i5. He was very creative, customer focused, and efficient. I highly recommended this store for all your cell phone needs.

Tanya was so knowledgeable and sweet. I came in for one phone expecting to pay a certain amount. She looked up promotions and gave me the best deal possible on two phones, for less than I was expecting to pay for one. She even took a step further and saw that I was paying more for an outdated data plan so she showed me how I could switch and save more with better features. She didn’t have to do that. I will be going specifically to Tanya from here on out, she was awesome!

Best service and support and overall experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Tanya was exceptional. She knows her stuff and was able to help me upgrade my phone and work through the best options for my service. Additionally she was patient through the migration process for my phone, which took a while, and had it all ready for me when I came back a little later. She also helped me with my wife’s phone to make sure we got the best deal on her upgrade as well. So overall phenomenal service and extremely knowledgeable on both the devices themselves as well as the migration process to a new phone. 5 out of 5 stars.

Had a SIM car issue so I went in to see Tanya and see discovered there was water damage to my SIM card. It wasn't the news I was expecting but she reassured me that there was an affordable solution and she was right. For being a loyalty member I was give a 50% discount on a S21 FE phone, so, without skipping a beat I took the offer. Tanya put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I will always be a loyal Verizon customer as long as people like Tanya are employed there
