Save your time and money. I went here with my husband because we needed all the equipment to open our restaurant. I drove two hours to go in and spend over an hour trying to get a quote only to be told by Elizabeth that she would email me the next day. I waited over four days and called her only to be sent to voicemail. I eventually got a hold of her and was told her mother was Ill so I understood and waited yet another two days. After the two days I told her we really needed supplies and she proceeded to tell me “we are short staffed. It’s very frustrating for me too” and I told her I just needed to get a quote to even know what I will be purchasing and she said “well I can’t do anything sorry” so I never called back or even bothered with them. They’re so unprofessional and I wasted my time with them. I should have read the reviews. Worst service and after purchasing my equipment from another vendor, I realized I saved money too.

We called for service request about ice building up on our freezer, the technician came out and told us heater is bad. So we wait a week until they ordered and came out to change that heater. The issue still exist after change, and they ask us to find other service if we’re not happy with this service but they already charge me for $800.

They have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!! Our cooler is screaming (constantly beeping) and they don’t know when they can get someone out here! RIDICULOUS!!!
