Best Buy

I love Best Buy but it's not what it used to be. In the past, staff used to go above and beyond to provide a positive customer experience. Nowadays they just point you in the right direction and leave it up to you to search for what you need.

Very nice. Made a big purchase this past July, and the associate was amazing. Today made a not so small purchase, different associate, but the same amazing feel as before. What I appreciated about both of these associates was their honesty. I didn't feel forced to buy more expensive. I was assisted in buying what I wanted, and needed, and they helped me research the pros and cons of my narrowed down choices. Today it was Seth. This summer it was Zion. Both had been awesome. Thank you.

Guys at the Best Buy auto tech center were awesome! Installed my Sony xav-ax4000 radio today. Would trust them to do it 1000x over. Thanks!

I went to this store specifically to purchase a new cell phone and case. The sales clerk was professional and knowledgeable. The phone and case prices were significantly less expensive than what was being sold at a nearby internet/cellular provider. I saved approximately $125 by making the purchase at Best Buy and the sales clerk did an awesome job! Great customer service can be hard to find, but today Best Buy hit a home run!

Price was cheaper in store than online. Zion was very helpful during transactions. It's Probably my best Best buy experience.

No complaints, only good things to say about my experience here. Upon walking in, the BB team was welcoming and helpful. I spent some time walking around the store and noticed they had some incredible deals going on for TVs and other electronics. Me and my buddy purchased a TV before leaving, having no intention to do so beforehand, fyi. The Geeksquad arrived the following Saturday and did a great job doing the TV install and at this point I would prefer the Best Buy customer experience versus ordering online, etc. No question about that at all. If you're looking for a more personal shopping experience, where you can have a convo or ask the respective questions, this is the way to go IMO.

Went to pick up my online order, and customer service there was great. The lady brought it outside to me, and the whole experience couldn't be better. Thanks Burlington Best Buy!!

Just grabbed them beats noise cancellation 🎧. Always be patient and try to locate a manager in whatever arena your shopping so they can check & tell you whats in-store & not. Employees sometimes don't know a damn thing, had me place an order where I had to wait 4-5 days, meanwhile found out that they did have it in stock and with my color as well. Personally, I 🤔 💭 that obtaining a Best Buy membership (dependent upon how many times you are in need of electronics, etc) is wholeheartedly worth it, checkout thee perks, that had me grab one.

The Best Buy location in Burlington , NC was great! Walked in and was greeted immediately and due to busy store was assisted promptly.

We just bought a TV and it was one of the best customer service experience we have had in a long time! When we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly, helpful employee who asked us our needs and called a Salesperson, Brandon, to help us. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable, listened to our needs and suggested a couple of options for us. We had a TV to dispose of and that process was simple. Every employee that assisted us was at the top of their game delivering excellent customer service! We were very impressed!
