First time here. Some very unique items like buffalo hot wing sauce cheese, foie gras, bison hotdogs and pickle beer. The pig's ears were different. Enjoyed looking around. Recommend.

What a great first experience. I'm near Lake Norman and couldn't find anyone to assist with my last minute request. I called and Ethan answered all my questions and was able to get my request taken care for the very next morning. 3 days before Christmas. Arrived and it was just as asked and the entire staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back!

We ordered a beef tenderloin for Christmas dinner. It was the one of the best pieces of meat we have ever cooked. So tender, perfectly seasoned and wrapped. Excellent quality!

Absolutely love this place. Best meat in Charlotte. Great beer selection. Charcoal, wood, breakfast. They got it all.

This place is so freaking awesome. They had free samples in the parking lot. I've never seen a more awesome variety of upscale treats. The staff was ultra friendly and very knowledgeable.

I was trying to find a good metaphor for this and my girlfriend pointed out that this butcher shop is like my Sephora, an amazing wonderland filled with things you want.

Everything I've had from here so far is so freaking delicious it's ridiculous.

I don’t want to lower your rating but I have to say. God awful brisket. Lumpy cut and came out horribly. Have smoked countless briskets from HT, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, sprouts etc. This was hands down the worst $47 I’ve ever spent at a butcher, will not be back, regular cuts of meat that you can easily get at another grocery, none of their stuff is organic and just from some Joyce farms and other hormone farms that every restaurant uses in the Charlotte area. Save your money and just go to grocery store at least they have some FDA regulated cuts. Also those marinated chicken strips they have gave me the severe stomach issues, I wish I could go back in time and save my money and underwear

For years my wife and I have been talking about Tomahawk steaks for Christmas Eve dinner. This year we made it happen.. I stood out in the rain babysitting this amazing steaks and at the last moment let them char a bit. Hands down best steak I have ever had. This will be our Christmas Eve dinner from now on and the only place I will get them from is The Butchers Market Thank you all for this

Love this store! I come every Christmas Eve for our traditional prime rib. They also have a cool assortment of different beers and wines and spices and desserts and cheeses and pre-made meals and pretty much anything you need for a special meal. Thank you for being part of our Christmas tradition!

Have had their filets, burgers and scallops.... MMMM. Fantastic quality and value!

It is a high-end store and it carries all types of seasonings and prepared foods and meats and other items. I'm doing a low carb lifestyle so I walk away from all the sugar foods and I go to things like pork rinds and the pork rinds here are really good and I buy two bags when I go there because that way I'm stucked up and if I need to nibble on something I've got those. The meat looks great here but I'm on a budget cuz I'm a senior.

Got some tips and a ribeye from here... just ate them... good lord. So good. Got a nice sear in cast iron but it's all about the meat, really high quality. Only negative was that I found a beer I've been searching for when I was there and they wouldn't sell it to me because I forgot my ID. Haven't been carded in years but the customer service and the meat is great, would definitely recommend.

Always get a great cut of meat here! My wife and I don't eat that much beef, but when we crave a steak, this is where I buy it! The marinated beef tips are great, pork, chicken and seafood products always look fresh and appetizing. The people there are always helpful. You may pay a little more, but you know what they say, you do get what you pay for! Enjoy!

This place is awesome. Any cut that you may want they have available plus a variety of game meats as well. The refillable oil and vinegar is a must-have as well. Beer is pricey but an awesome selection. They also have old school coke/sprite's in the mini glass bottles at the door.

Wow great place. Got some beef tips maple and bourbon cooked them up and we did not talk it was so good. Tender and flavorful. Will be where I get all my meat. Spices in larger size and half the price in grocery store for half the amount. Sourdough bread didn't need anything on it so flavorful. Wish I could give it 10 stars

I LOVE this place! They are very friendly and helpful and have a wide range of food! My personal favorite is the loaded baked potato salad. The marinated broccoli or vegetable medley is also awesome as a side with your selected meat or chicken. It is a bit more expensive than the grocery store, but it is a great way to treat yourself every so often. They also have a rewards card for when you spend a certain amount you get $10 off. All in all, this place is great!

True butcher! Great selection, great variety and good prices for the product that you get. Staff was very kind and had great recommendations. If you want to splurge recommend the tomahawk or any of the aged meats in the counter. Lots of fresh seafood and place does not reek of fish like most places around.

One of the best fresh meat markets in which I’ve ever shopped. Delicious, fresh cuts of meat. We get the beef tips in the signature marinade and make them on the grill. Also try the chicken breasts in the signature marinade. The meats are some of the best and freshest. Outstanding!

AMAZING, meat selection is awesome, service is great, and you won't find better meat in Charlotte. I've been going for a couple years now and the Brandywine beef tips are legit my favorite. They put most the meat through a tumbler that tenderizes it.🤤🤤🤤🤤
