Goodwill - Ballantyne - East

Shopping this afternoon (Monday Nov 6th, 2023) when there was an incident with another customer who was making racist remarks to the staff.
The manager, and every other employee handled the situation with zero tolerance for the hate speech, and complete professionalism.
This place clean, and witnessing this kind of dedication to safety of staff and customers made me feel very good about spending money at this location. Will definitely be back.

I always find amazing finds! My go to Goodwill store. Everything is super organized and very spacious, staff is helpful and line goes very fast (unless the person in front of you has 2 shopping carts full lol) which has happened to me before. 10/10

very nice and organized store! the staff were very helpful and patient with any unreasonable customers too. There was a lady trying to return a picture frame and they don’t take returns on any items of that sort and even after she gave the cashier and manager an attitude they kept their patience.

New Goodwill! You know how it goes, there are nice goodwills where you’ll find some great finds and some that you won’t, well, this one you’re gonna definitely find some cool stuff! Service is fine! Drop off is in the parking lot away from the front of the store.

so far it is a good place to go for business tops and the prices are low. I haven't had any problems with any of the people working there.

This review is overdue. This location had been opened I believe a few weeks when I stopped by on Monday, 12-12-22. I had no expectations but ended up finding some pieces for myself and others, to include this beautiful vintage sequin dress, an authentic Tory Burch, and a new with tag couture plus size formal dress. I went later in the evening as the time stamp on one picture is 8:29 pm. The cashier was enthused by my great finds. It's probably time for me to visit again.

Clean store, staff was friendly, clothing is not organized well. I would spend more money if I didn’t have to go through every rack to find my size.

Good quality items in store. Just wish they had dressing rooms! Be prepared to bring your own bags also.

Resulta que no tubo un buen día ella
arrancaba con coraje las prendas de la ropa y la mire y casi le digo:? Que no iba a llevar nada por su actitud ,
pero la verdad no quise ser grosera

This is a really nice store with good items. The only drawback is the smell. I don’t know what is inside this store but it has been there from day one. It smells really bad every time. If you can handle the funk, it’s a good store.

I can now say that I have encountered the rudest cashier in any store hands down! The past two times I shopped here I was overcharged and then argued with by a woman with the most disgusting attitude working there. If you don’t like your job, find a new one! Why they still let this employee work there is beyond me, but good luck to whoever has to work with that!

This is the most expensive goodwill that I have ever shopped in. The used sneakers are being sold behind the counter at $24.99 dollars. If they are used they should not be sold at the price. They are not even a high end to be sold at that price.

Overpriced stuff... staff is rude... rushing you out of the store
