I've never felt screwed in my whole 45 years as I've felt today. I just walked in asking for a Drakkar Noir and the lady showed me 2 sizes (I'm not the type of person who goes around and reviews every item before making a purchase, because I understand ppl get normally ripped off by a couple of dollars or a little more.....but not double the price!). Anyway, I chose the bigger bottle since she gave me a discount, made the purchase, and left. Until I came to find out an hour later that she charged me double the price I found online! I literally walked back in an hour later to find out she does not refund, does not match, does not allow me to speak with her boss, does not care about her customers, not even her own reputation when I told her all I can do is leave a nice little review....she told me she doesn't even care. I was stunned....like WOW!!! Seriously?!
I can't imagine such businesses with such rude customer service still exist and stand on their feet...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE...my son was encouraged to buy a fragrance that cost him 60.00...it was his first mother's day gift to me since he just started working. I research to make sure he was getting a good deal and I come to find out only a couple of stores carry it for less than 25.00...this place gives no refunds no matter what the reason is; who does business like this anymore? I am surprised they are still standing....again stay away from this place

Same as what others are saying. I was over charged by about $40, no returns, or price matching!! The manager is horrendous and you can tell she deals with complaints about over charging on a regular basis. If zero stars existed I would have given it ZERO STARS. I would usually don't review places but there since I felt so scammed I wanted to help prevent it from happening to others. PLEASE BEWARE!!

PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!!! My husband was duped by these people into buying these really cheap perfumes for a really really JACKED UP price. The lady told us that one perfume was $80 and the other about $70. When we tried to walk out of there, she slashed the total price for both from $150 to $100, so we bought it. But later, when we checked to see the prices online to see if we got a good deal, we found out that the $70 one was just $15 on Amazon (seriously?). It was the same size, same brand. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the $80 one was super hard to find online (it’s like no one else sells this, which makes you wonder WHY). When we eventually found an obscure listing of this product—someone was selling them for $30–we realized that Elegance Perfumes are STRAIGHT UP CON ARTISTS. She made them sound as if they were premium brands and sold them at a premium price!!!! We also looked closely at the receipt and saw that the lady had actually scanned one of the perfumes twice. The supposed $80 bottle was actually $30 in their system, so she scanned it twice to show that the price was $60 (the supposed discount price) on the receipt and crossed out the $30 part with a pen. We then came back and tried to get a refund, but apparently they only do exchanges. Either way, they still make money off of you.

They were also super rude and tried to make excuses, and in the end we had to just exchange these two cheap perfumes for one bottle that cost $100 (which was only $75 on Amazon and other online stores). Bad trade but at least the perfume we ended up with was actually from a well-known brand. This place sucks! Stay away!!!!

Do not purchase here unless you know the price of your selection prior to arriving! Trusted that the price I was paying was reasonable. I understand double mark up, that can be acceptable at times. I was charged 5xs the value of perfume. Found online from MAJOR companies for $18-$28. They have a NO REFUND POLICY. Every other perfume was marked up as much. Clearly they don’t care for the consumer to return.

Check pricing elsewhere, as well as verify charges prior. Efi (the manager) fraudulently charged my card; i called and was told to come in the next day. At which point she was not available and the owner claims only efi can correct the transaction.

My mother wandered into this store because she was looking for her favorite perfumes. Mind you my mom is 76 years old. The lady who assisted her said oh yes we have your favorite perfumes. She pulls out the perfumes and tells her I am going to give you a good price. She then proceeds to tell her I am going to give you the bargain price of $60.00. My mother is on social security and is on a fixed income. My mom tells her sadly I am sorry I can not afford this price. The lady (dark skin with an accent) tells her, “You are a nice lady I will only charge you 35.00.” While I walk to the other side to look up how much this perfume really costs my mother has already paid for it. I tell the lady, this perfume costs 18.00 at Target. You stole money from my mother who is a senior citizen. You should be ashamed and I will definitely let people know what a thief you are. She proceeds to say it does not matter we have been here in business forn17 years. Please let people know not to do business at this store. Who knows how many people these people have stolen from.

Should've checked reviews before buying. Paid $50 for a perfume that I later found online for $20. Store has a no returns policy so avoid this place.

Overpriced, of course they don’t do exchanges!! Wish I had rad the reviews before shopping here!! Bad experience!! Found same perfume in a next door store for half the price!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Doesn’t even deserve one star!!

Everything is over priced I really wish o researched everything online before walking into this store especially because they don't do refunds.

You never buy Perfume here, because at first they always said high prices and then they discounted prices until you bought you thought they sold low prices, the worst thing they didn't tell you know how many days you can return even if you never open it, after you only have to pay for a few minutes and come back return, it is too late then they say not to be returned .

Overpriced, no refund just exchanges... sales reps are rude and they are trying to decide for you to buy whatever is more expensive... JUST DON'T SHOP HERE
