Maria was awesome! I told her what I wanted and the size of my living room. She gave me the measurements of each sectional she showed me to make sure it work in my living room. She was so nice and funny too. It was an enjoyable shopping trip as my son would say. We even got ice cream and cookies. I had the ice cream Zach had the cookies. Thank you Maria. I would definitely recommend Bob’s.

I was about to head to the furniture store next door. I pulled into the parking lot and saw Bob's.
I've seen Bob's locations elsewhere so curiosity got the best of me. I entered the store and greeted by Robert. He told me he would be helping and that the washroom and refreshments are in the back. I browsed on what was offered, and Robert didn't hover over me when I was looking around. Robert was there quickly if I had any questions. I grabbed a couple of pieces, used Affirm to finance my purchases and left.
The prices were good and the service was better.

It was an awesome experience. My sales representative Ruby was very helpful, patient, and informative. It took me a while to make my choice and she stayed upbeat through the whole process and even shared some laughs.

This was my 3rd time purchasing from Bobs and although the past 2 were good, this time around I received an amazing experience! Mark not only greeted me with a warm welcome but he also asked questions and listened to what I was looking for. With no pressure to buy, Mark went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to help me paint a vision for my new home. I truly appreciate your patience and expertise, thank you Mark! I will definitely be returning!

Juliet was the young lady that helped us at the store we had questions about a letter that we received saying we had credit in the store. Juliet was able to help us figure out what it was all about and we were able to buy a new living room table and side sofa tables that we really love. Thank you to Juliet and all the staff for helping us with our mystery letter and being so generous and helpful with our questions. Had a great experience. The sales person was extremely helpful not aggressive but available to answer questions as needed. Sammy made the whole experience delightful not stressful at all. The quality of the furniture is really impressive and especially considering the price is also competitive. The family and I had get there around 7pm after we had visited 3-4 other big brand stores and had either bad experiences or was not impressed by the price and quality. I don’t have any buyers regret and feel confident in the purchases we made.

Maria is the best, so helpful takes the time to help and answer your all questions and make sure we felt comfortable with our selection. To the extent that she literally walked us around the store and had us lay on the different mattresses as she explained the differences. Maria is a pillar of excellent customer service! Definitely raised the bar!

Walked Into Bobs furniture store in Ontario with my family to order a day bed replacement for my daughters. Immediately we were helped out by Eric. He was great very knowledgeable and prompt with our request. Before walking out a sectional caught our eye and Eric answered all our questions also the store manager, I didn’t get her name 🫣, she was wonderful! They answered all our questions, no pressure to make the purchase, and that made is comfortable. So we left the store with a new bed replacement and a sectional that we’re excited to receive soon.

Went to Bob's in Ontario, we're looking for a living room set. Nice selection staff was great. Amir approached us and offered his services without being pushy. Before we left he offered to send us additional comparison information....super helpful.

My wife and I were shopping for a adjustable base with a massage mode and we stumbled across jeromes and we tried it out and we felt the quality wasn't that great the vibration from the clarity 2 was not very strong . Adjustable bases are not cheap and can cost an arm & leg so we did not settle with making the purchase. We made the stop at bobs discount and we're greeted by Samuel and he showed us there selection of adjustable bases. He left us alone after showing us the bases and we appreciated that! Me and my wife had a chance to discuss price and quality alone where as when the sales rep is waiting for a response standing there in front of the customer. Samuel needs to be running as general manager to his own store one day! Back to the adjustable base , we got their top adjustable base and loved it the vibration was 10x more stronger than jeromes and we got it on approved credit 12 months no interest. As far as warranty goes on the bed I'm hoping there isn't a problem in the future when something malfunctions and the store gives us the run around but we will see how the base holds up!

Our sale person Juliet was amazing helpful she pretty much helped us redesign our living incorporating our furniture we already had she was so good with the measurement even copy and edit photos of our furniture at home with picture of our new furniture and we were able to find a nice design

Sahar was the specialist who help me and my husband at Bob's in ontario and she was very professional and understanding and patient with us I thank you and appreciate you Sahar and I highly recommend her and I will be back!!
