Great store and staff. They took their time explaining the ins and outs of the PS5 and which system and options would be best for me. They did not try to upsale additional items that I probably not use and were very patient

Great service friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Can't find it they are more than willing to help.

My only complaint would be that Staff is required to subscribe people to their membership program. This affects their performance reviews. I've worked for places like that and it's a terrible corporate practice that negatively affects employee morale, and retention, as well as customer experience.

I love this place me and my son and my daughter went there because my son ordered a game off of line that wasn't the right game we took it back she gave us no issues she did exactly what I asked her to do and put the money back on the gift card and everything she was very knowledgeable very helpful and I love GameStop s***

They have a variety of things, not just games and systems/consoles. And for all ages. My daughter 4, picked out a toy for $7, my sons 11 & 7 also picked out things that range in price. You can find something for everyone!

I've been to this particular store before, and every time I shop there it's fast, easy, and they have what I want, or, can provide me with another GameStop that has the product I want. Staff is friendly, but not overbearing. It's a pleasant experience every time.

Great store and very nice and helpful staff.

The guys r really helpful here. My son is obsessed with Pokemon and they took the time to help us set his game and everything. One gentlemen in particular was a complete doll for his help.

At the time of this review Josh is the AM here. He never gives me issue and is friendly. He also knows his stuff with retro ganes.

Jess should be commended on her customer service added value. Very professional, friendly and really knows about gaming!

I found some good games at really low prices here, do recommend.
