I bought some Nike running shoes about 7 months ago. I barely used them but they started squeaking over time. I was embarrassed to even wear them. They replaced them with no problems. I really appreciate their business. Great store mgr.

Rack Room Shoes is my favorite place to go when buying footwear. They always have a large selection of shoes including boots - tall and short, athletic, formal, casual, name-brand, kids, women, men - all at affordable prices. The store is neat in appearance and the shoes are all right there for you to see and select color and size to try on - not in some backroom storage area. The staff is friendly and attentive, but allows you to browse and try on as many pairs as you wish on your own. They have a great incentive program that gives you a generous discount on your first pair once you join. I highly recommend them!

I'm a Nanny for a 13 month old and I took him in today to get his first pair of shoes! Ms. Donna was very helpful in getting the right measurement. First time shoes shopping was a success!

Alazia and Carrie were amazing! We came in an hour bfr close and the greeting was pleasant and they were helpful, not pushy. Then a family came in 10mins bfr close and Alazia greeted them with the same enthusiasm and patience. Thank you for serving my family and others with grace, pride and care!!

I just LOVE Rack Room Shoes! A great variety of shoes and I can always find what I'm looking for and always the perfect fit. Usually you can leave with 2 pair of shoes for under $100.

Great staff! The young black gentleman with the dreads was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find my son the perfect shoes that lit up :)
