Vape Loft Hoover

I am always greeted with a smile and a hello when I enter the shop, that’s rare these days. The customer service is outstanding from all the employees that I have had the pleasure of working with. However, Dylan is my fav, he is so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and over all just a great human being! He takes his time with everyone, never rushes or makes you feel silly for not knowing about a product. I have learned so much from him.
The store is always clean, plenty of close parking and the amount of inventory to choose from is great.
The best prices on coils and juices that I have found. You absolutely can not beat 2 bottles of juice for $26! I have not found anywhere close.
I highly recommend giving Vape Loft in Hoover a visit. You will not b disappointed.

Great customer service and excellent prices. 2 for $26 on my favorite Pinup juices. Most other places do not have such excellent prices on juice.

I have been a customer here for a while, and always had great customer service, but yesterday I experienced a level of customer service that is unfortunately very rare these days. An employee named Van went so above and beyond what I would have expected to help me find a particular product, and upon ordering it for me said he would call me to let me know when it would arrive. In all honesty, I figured I would have to call and check myself, but Van did exactly what he said he would do, and had the product put aside and waiting for me when I went to pick it up. I can’t recommend Vape Loft highly enough, and I applaud the management for hiring people of such high character. Obviously, I will continue to be a customer, and I’d suggest to anyone who vapes that they give Vape Loft a try.

**SEMI TRUCK FRIENDLY PARKING LOT**

This is a great little shop. I had just dropped my vape out of my truck and broke the tank beyond redemption. They had the exact tank I was looking for. The guy working there was super nice. Really enjoyed stopping in. They also had coffee juice! Which is hard to find nowadays. I did end up accidentally leaving with a bottle of 6mg instead of 3 mg, but I'm sure they would have had no issues resolving that had I been able to run back. Going back to my initial note, the parking lot being truck friendly is so important to me, as it is so hard to find accessible shops. Me and many others out there are extremely thankful to those who have us in mind.

I cannot express how great the staff are, consistently, at this location. On Saturday, June 12, I went in just to seek juice and new coils. The wonderful young lady asked to see my device, and proceeded to give it a clean for about 10 minutes. It operates and reacts like a new device now. She didn't have to do this, but it's just an example of the exemplary staff and management. Well done!

I havent bought a new mod since 2018, and found a hard time liking any of the disposable vapes since I lost my vape moving. I decided to stop by to loom around, Sam was very intentive and didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need, and spent a good 45 minutes helping me find a flavor I liked. In the end I walked out confident that the vape i decided to buy was the right choice. Id definitely recommend trusting Sam if you're looking for a cool dude with the knowledge to know what youd need and/are looking for

Staff (Robert) is friendly, personable, and product detailed.Very thorough in answering any questions about your purchase. Provided clarity based on my needs. I made my first purchase here (starter kit) and will be returning on a regular basis. Can't wait to try more flavors.

I went in today to purchase a juice for my existing mod, but wanted to buy a lighter & smaller one to take with me to the hockey games. Robert was the one who was there today & I’m SO glad he was! He was so friendly & didn’t act like he wanted to rush me out. He took his time explaining each one I was interested in on how they worked, which offered better flavor, battery life etc. I finally decided on the one I wanted which was the Zero & after I purchased it he even showed me how to turn it on/off & fill it up. I left there feeling confident with what I had purchased because he took THE TIME I NEEDED! He was super friendly & I hope he is in there the next time I go in! Thanks Robert!! ✌🏼

Great place! Cashier’s mustache left me feeling a bit weird, but everything else was awesome! Great prices.

Went in for a friend and had zero clue what I was talking about. The guy that helped me was super cool, patient, and most of all, didnt make me feel like an idiot for not knowing the lingo or even what I was talking about. I told him what I needed and he hooked me up. Some of these places can make you feel out of place if you don't vape or smoke but they were super cool. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town from now on.

When I went in to get my first rig, Dee was there and he was INCREDIBLE. He took so much time explaining everything involved, even when I needed him to re-explain something, he was so patient. I was VERY indecisive, and after 15 years in customer service sales, I know it can irritate certain people, but I was glad to get someone who clearly wanted to help. Since then, I only went to one other vape shop, in Helena, because it was closer to where I was that day. They were out of my juice unfortunately, but I did find out that they charged less for it. Not much, but still... but I just didn't get the kind of service like Vape Loft. It was also chaotic, so despite a few bucks I'd save, I've never been back. I'll never shop anywhere else but Vape Loft going forward, and every time I go in I'm always hoping Dee is there. Other employees are great too, but that first impression is what compelled me to write this review!

First time buyer of a vape. Didn’t have no information or how to actually use a vape. Gage was great help. He took his time explaining to me every little detail about them. Made sure I pick the right device and gave great suggestions on flavors! I recommend this place! Will not leave unhappy!

Went in for a replacement glass for my voopoo drag... came out with the drag 2. Ask for a guy named Robert. it will become abundantly clear that he’s a guy that knows what he’s talking about. Super helpful.... informative... and clean store that seemingly borrows from the Apple Store model.

Girl that was in the store was very friendly, I asked her what juice was good and she asked me the flavors I liked and I told her and she gave me the perfect juice that was exactly what I wanted. She also answered some questions I had about possible future mod. Will be back for sure

Robby was an excellent help with finding what type of salt vape I should buy. Over all this place is very clean! I have found that no matter who is at the front desk they all know the products inside and out.

Emily was awesome! She was very easy to talk to, very informative, and made great recommendations! Great costumer service skills!
