Great place to buy or rent an instrument. Especially if your child isn’t sure what they want to play. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I needed to return an instrument and had absolutely no problems! Just a few minutes and we were out the door! Would definitely buy/rent from them again!

A quaint yet well stocked music center with lots of options for instruments and sheet music. I really enjoyed shopping at this music shop. Great one on one customer service. Prices for instruments were fair and competitive.

We have only used Gadsden for a year but it’s reliable and easy. We got an instrument in less than 20 minutes and the store is small but has most the essentials you need. They do instrument cleanings fairly cheap too. And when we go staff are always friendly and are always here to help. We recently returned an instrument and the process was super easy and simple.

Not as big as some of the other stores but I like the smaller more personal feel. Attentive staff.

We had to buy an instrument for our child for the first time. Jason was patient and informative. He answered all of our questions and put us at ease through the whole process. He helped us get what we needed without trying to sell us stuff we did not need right now. We were so happy with our experience.

I've only had positive experiences here. Everybody is very friendly, happy and knowledgeable. They have taken care of my instrument needs and the turnaround time for service is quick.

Spoke to Mr.Hammon about instrument selection for my daughter. He was incredibly friendly and encouraging. Helped her pick an instrument she was comfortable with and explained the lease to own program extremely well.
